Wish I could give 0 stars. Unprofessional! Cael Lorenzo did such a sloppy job. If he couldn't do the job correctly then he could've simply said that. My car is crooked, the back end is almost in my yard and the front end block me from parking in my driveway. He almost hit my carport and was well on the way of tearing my car up. He was a complete headache. He had the nerve to curse at me and hang up in my face because he is inexperienced. I will stick to TowMate. Exactly what Cael lazy/bad driving behind said he couldn't do, they did! Refused to fix it or give me at least some of the money back. Then told me that it was none of my business who his boss was. He honestly just showed how miserable and ignorant he was. He can keep the little $140, people like that always get what they dish out.
Grateful to these folks for turning a bad morning into a better one. Good experience with the dispatcher! Lauren (sp?) showed up in the estimated time provided and was both professional and friendly. I felt confident leaving my “Pearl” in his hands. Thanks ya’ll.
