Very rude and they lied about the reason they “cancelled” my order after taking my money they use a different service name called Best price auto salvage they were nice yesterday then I called this morning to see if either my part was done and if not to ask if I would get a text or email informing me when it will be ready for pickup ( because I forgot to ask that yesterday which is my fault ) and when I called the first time they said hold an played the holding music then it hung up so I called back and someone answered and didn’t say anything so I called back again same thing I can hear people talking so I waited then after five mins I started to think maybe they don’t know thy answered I kept saying hello over and over and then hung up and called back they hung up the last time I called a man answered and yelled “you keep calling and to never call this business again!” When I finally got someone to answer the phone (because then the phone kept being busy) a different man said that “to my knowledge we had to cancel your order because you were rushing the order and he didn’t like the way you said hello so there no point in keep calling we can say no to your service” and he hung up in my face . That is a bold lie I kept calling because they kept hanging up on me and not talking I paid money yesterday at 2:50 PM I DONOT LIKE THE WAY THEY TALKED TO ME OR LIED IN MY FACE! SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I would never come here or refer anyone here ever again in life !
I just bought a vehicle here on Sat the 3rd.. its already having difficult time turning over right away and Sunday (not even 24 hours after purchase) the check engine light comes on. I messaged the guy on FB (he read and ignored that). Then i called and left a message.. no response. Just ran to the store and the vehicle died on the way back. Luckily it started again to get home. It wouldnt start when i test drove it but guy reassured me the battery was fine, it was just from sitting. Now i have to spend more money to figure out whats wrong with it.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM HERE. And shame on me for trusting someone to sell me a decent vehicle after explaining my situation. Just trying to make a buck here.
Update.. still nothing back from 405 Auto.. went to autozone and said battery was bad and they pulled codes. This is rediculous!
Bought my 2014 Nissan Altima from them, and let me tell you it is SOUND. They are upfront, honest and kind people. They also have parts for ANYTHING you need and if they don’t they’ll find it for you. Great people, 10/10 always will recommend.
The gentleman that is answering the phone on July 31st was rude and when he told me that the owner had a car lot where he sales cars I asked him for the name of the business and he refused to tell me I wasn't only looking to sell my junk car I was looking to buy one as well
Called early this morning to get a tail light for an 06 civic, they told me they don't pull parts before the customer is there to purchase, okay that's fine. So I go in to purchase the light, the guy tells me that he cannot pull parts because it was raining and "everyone was gone". the employee behind him said he didn't mind pulling the part, they go together to pull the part. 30 minutes goes by, I ask the lady if she could see how much longer it would take and she came back asking me if I wanted to come pick up the part tomorrow. I will not be returning.
