This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
From the latest reviews, FleetPride in Oklahoma City, OK scores a solid 80/100. Many highlight helpful, knowledgeable staff, good prices for small businesses, and a usually in-stock selection that gets trucks back on the road fast. Strengths include quick counter service and parts ready on pickup. Mixed notes: occasional limited selection, a mislooked/ill‑fitting part, and pricing sometimes above truckstops. Complaints cite curt or uninterested help and inconsistent phones/wait times and Saturday hours. One review mentions a switch to XL Parts, so branding may be unclear.
Timken website says that they are an authorized distributor, but when I called in for Wheel hubs on my jeep, they did not seem very interested and said that they didn’t want to look up the part number and I would have to provide it. You’re not a very good representative or a distributor when you won’t do the very basics like idk… click a couple buttons for a customer.
Some of the best prices for your truck needs! Especially for small businesses owners! I don’t how many times they saved from having to having to spend hundreds of dollars!
When I was looking for a 4 piece spindle nut, they did not have it all in stock. They could have just ordered the mandatory made me wait a day or two, but the knowledge of the staff served to point out a single piece spindle nut that they had on hand. It allowed us to get the trailer out on time. Fully recommend.
Not a large selection of products! When trying to buy lights for a trailer, they only had one light on average per box! Not good when a customer needs lights in pairs! All oversized banners, flags, and equipment was higher than purchasing the products at the truckstop!
I hate this place the prices are expensive as hell to 300% markup on retail .
.so there's your review take it how you take it.. shop there if you dare
Lol
Hard workin men there!! Phone ringing off the hook only 2 of them and they rocked it!!! Verrry helpful and customer service was SUPERB!! Thanks guys… ? hope the rest of your Saturday was GREAT!!!
No longer a fleet pride building. It's now an XL Parts. Just opened wholesale auto parts store, specializing in; Motorcraft, AC Delco and GM. FCS, NTK, Pure Energy, Premium Guard and Centric are available.
This FleetPride almost always has what my employers company needs for replacement parts; The staff is always very quick, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. 5 out of 5 for every visit before and most likely after this one. Keep up the good work!
Best in town by far. I am just always amazed at the customer service. They are so polite and helpful. It just doesnt get any better. Thank you guys!! Jordan is just one of them but shout out to him for being so helpful on the phone and in person.
I didnt know these places existed.. rather than wait on my company to do what ever they do to get me back on the rd. I went and fixed it myself. They pay me by the mile. Not to sit at a TA or a Loves, Petro etc.
First time seeking commercial service from FleetPride for our company. They were very interested in our business, had what we we needed locally and we're excited to bring in more from their other locations to fulfill our requirements. That shows great customer service and we greatly appreciate that.
Amazing people who work hard to make a difference in their industry from parts to the service of almost any type of commercial vehicles with a reputable company that has been growing since they've been in business so long with team effort to make it happen. Give them a call and see for yourself and you won't be disappointed.
