Timken website says that they are an authorized distributor, but when I called in for Wheel hubs on my jeep, they did not seem very interested and said that they didn’t want to look up the part number and I would have to provide it. You’re not a very good representative or a distributor when you won’t do the very basics like idk… click a couple buttons for a customer.

When I was looking for a 4 piece spindle nut, they did not have it all in stock. They could have just ordered the mandatory made me wait a day or two, but the knowledge of the staff served to point out a single piece spindle nut that they had on hand. It allowed us to get the trailer out on time. Fully recommend.
Not a large selection of products! When trying to buy lights for a trailer, they only had one light on average per box! Not good when a customer needs lights in pairs! All oversized banners, flags, and equipment was higher than purchasing the products at the truckstop!
I hate this place the prices are expensive as hell to 300% markup on retail .

I didnt know these places existed.. rather than wait on my company to do what ever they do to get me back on the rd. I went and fixed it myself. They pay me by the mile. Not to sit at a TA or a Loves, Petro etc.
