Would think twice about working with this company if you aren’t a local. Bought a headlight, came in with damaged. Agreed with Colton for a partial refund. It’s been 2 months and I haven’t received a refund. Colton said he spoke to his manager and everything was fine on his end. Now he won’t pick up the phone or respond to voicemail. I had to call him from a different phone to reach him, when I did he said he would call me back. That was two weeks ago. Still no response. I am still waiting for MY PARTIAL REFUND.

Good afternoon! This seller is not very friendly. I ordered spare parts from him: a headlight and a bumper, paid for them, and then canceled the bumper the same day! The seller didn't refund the payment for two months. It's good that he at least sent the headlight. I don't recommend working with him.

These guys were quick to locate the part and give me a fair price. Will definitely be looking to there yards for more parts when I need them

Received broken part and said he would replace and nothing, called at least 100 times back to back and Colton doesn’t answer, when he did at the beginning he blames shipping department

I ordered a Part that they charged me $120 for shipping its been 2 week I still have not received the Part and no one is answering their Phones either. Not Sure if this Place is a Scam or Just Lazy people.

Have to say when it comes to customer service with fast service in parts you need,this is the place to be. The weather is cold and when you need a rim,you're covered. If you need a radiator at the best price,they have you covered and believe me, finding a radiator isn't eazy at the price that is reasonable. Thank you guys ? for being there at the right time and even with the snow. You're the best. ? ? ? ?

They just charge $380 on my credit card !! I never received the item or tracking number or an invoice!!!!! Complete scam!!

This place is a scam!!! They will charge you but never send you the part!!!! They literally steal money from people and someone should report them to the State. They scam people and don’t answer the phone or email. They will give ridiculous reasons why they didn’t ship the part and then they will stop answering your calls. Scammers and dishonest people !!!!

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!!!!! I ordered a part from them three weeks ago and they didn’t ship it at all. They are unprofessional and unethical. I emailed them and I called them multiple times and still didn’t receive the part. They charged my card right away and they kept playing around. After three weeks, I didn’t get the part and they didn’t want to refund me. They are scammers and every time I called Colten Bierig he keeps telling me that he will ship the part tomorrow. I called him asking for refund and he didn’t send me my money back.

5 months, I was sent the wrong part, wrong color, damaged, and not one employee, staff personnel will help resolve this issue.

Been waiting 3 weeks for a headlamp. Everytime I called they gave me an excuse as to why they haven't shipped. Took $ from my account now they wont answer my calls or emails.

Ordered a part December 2nd, we are now at December 20th no part yet and no tracking number given to us but they did take out the $340 on December 2nd. I called today and left a VM msg last week sent an email but haven't heard back. Probably the last time we order parts from this place.

Really good customer service and they were quick to get my part and get me back on my way. The reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the entrance is not clear. I drove around the building twice and then walked around until I found an open door. The door just led to a parts storage area, one inside I yelled hello and a guy from a side office answered back and it was smooth sailing from there. The overall experience was good. Don't hesitate to do business here.

Ordered a headlight assembly from them, $580. Received a completely scratched headlight that none of the lights except the turn signal worked. Tried replacing the bulbs, but it did not work. Sent an email, left a voicemail, called everyday for 5 days straight no answer until I called privately then they answered and left me on hold for over ten minutes. When I called back they would no longer answer the phone. Before ordering the light I verified that there was a 30 return policy if the headlight did not work and verifified that it had been tested.

I saw one of their listings by chance on Craigslist. I contacted them, and they were very accommodating! I drove from Tulsa to OKC the same day and they had the when truck bed ready to go by the time I arrived. They even had a secondary part I had been looking for, and it was cheaper than market value.

Hard to find people like this in the auto parts world! Had the platinum F150 grille I was looking for at the right price, had it shipped and to my door in only 1 day, everything was packaged above and beyond to ensure it would arrive in the condition it left in. Definitely recommend these guys, well organized yard and very honest and upfront about what they're selling. Thanks guys!
