The absolute best prices friendly staff and they actually care about the customer.their service is impeccable and I always leave this place with a wad of cash and a smile on my face that said I have to give them a five-star rating but really should be more. EVERYONE GO TO AL'S they got your back!

Not the best service but got it done, also not to convinced they payed out the correct amount, will do more research next time before selecting just any place, by the away Iam not confused or ignorant as your response to my review, believe it or not do my research before going I went by your reviews but they are not always accurate, either way there is plenty of options like I mentioned. Your arrogant response: "fault on others", another business that can't handle a review.

The customer experience is phenomenal. And their prices are the best in OKC. I've been to several different scrap yards and Al's weights are always accurate. I'd recommend it into anybody looking at being treated Fair and honest.

I was a first timer for this type of recycling. I had taken soda cans and food cans , but this was a different metal. Well… let me tell you …. These people are so helpful. So kind and polite. The girls I saw were getting the job done. The lady who helped me was AWESOME. They called her B. I would totally recommend those of us who are nervous going to these businesses

Listen I haven’t been to a recycling center in some years so I show up late on Saturday to off load a trailer full of multiple types of metals requiring me to cross scale many times from the 1st guy I spoke to to the lady sending me over scale to the guy helping me unload answering all of my questions I was treated like I owned the place it was so amazing here they have so many things going on at one time I show up late so they may have to work late it didn’t matter they were there to help you and that’s what they do. I could go on but nobody wants to read that much. I just wanted to say thank you and hopes that Al’s recycling see this and know they are doing a great job and all employees are feeding off it and are so great as well. Thank you to all the staff.

Al's metal has got best price on most metals and I have to say all the women up there are most helpful. I felt bad because one of the employees, Candy knew my name and I didn't know hers. So thank you Candy for being so sweet even at the end of the day. Thank you to all

For the amount of people that was there I thought that it was going to be a chaotic environment. But the employees were able to control everything and the long line actually went pretty fast and I got a really great price on my copper I'll be going back here for sure.

They're pretty cool put the non-ferrous people can sometimes be a little bit rude and unknowledgeable to spend time arguing about what type of metal it is

I've known and had business dealings with this family owned and run business for several decades. They are easy to work with, very reasonable and fair with their pricing, and provide a great service to the community.

Very nice people clean yard That employees will help you with anything that you need if you’re not sure or something they’ll explain it to you It’s been the only scrap yard that I’ve been going to for the past two years. I will not go to another one. if you bring something heavy, they’ll use the machinery to get it off of your trailer or a truck. The guys with the claws in the back are pretty good. I haven’t seen them mess up once.

This place is great about waiting time but I have felt more than once I received far less than I should've. As they do not inform you of what your scrap weighs or what its worth as it goes over the scale. (They quickly weigh it, then toss it into another larger bucket of like metals before there us any chance at a discrepancy) You are handed a small piece of paper that still does not show your payout on it. Once your inside a man behind bulletproof glass takes your paper and doles out the 'Appropriate Amount" money. An appropriate name for it would be: Weigh&Pray Scrap Metals Its a [Weigh & Pray] typ'o deal. (Weigh&Pray they dont get ya to badly) haha other than that employees are polite, helpful and courteous. One even offered to take a catalytic converter of my hands since I no longer had the necessary paperwork to scrap it as I got rid of the the car YEARS ago there was nothing I could do. He politely offered me to 18 dollars for it. Smfh n I gave it to him not knowing what its true value was. He of course being employed there is able to scrap it without the requisite paperwork us scrap metal civilians are required to produce before they will take it. Smfh

Want to start by saying this is the cleanest yard we have been to ever. The gals and guys at Small scalesis the most amazing crew . Brandy explained to us how to sort and get more money for our copper . She even checked on us a few times while we was sorting to make sure we was on track... Never had a scrap yard take the time explain the whole process. Then checking out with the guy inside was great. We was welcomed with a smile and got our money and was on our way. Good job Al's employees. Keep up the great job. We won't go anywhere else.

Love the people and they are very fair and helpful. The guy at front is awesome and so are the 2 guys in the very back helping all of us with all smiles. And the crew in the front doing carts and weights are also very friendly and helpful. Great job and keep up the work.

Never a bad experience here! They have a great system and the people are always lovely. I work in the home remodel industry and come across scrap metal often so I've been here countless times since 2018. I highly recommend!

This was our first time here and we were treated well. I had called ahead to check their price on aluminum cans and to verify they accepted them. They definitely accept ALL metals. With the exception of needing proper paperwork/ID for some metals, this was an easy process. The staff was professional and courteous outside. After 20 years of working in the customer service industry, I was impressed. We had been needing to get rid of our aluminium cans for about a year and ended up with 100 pounds. I was quoted .36 cents a pound when I called earlier and that's EXACTLY what we recieved. We'll definitely be back with ANY of our future metal recycling needs.
