Tow truck ruined my van. Oil leaking everywhere. I use this vehicle for business and 20 min after picking it up it started leaking everywhere.

Brought someone to pickup their car that had been repoed. They were very kind to her and prompt getting her car back. She said when they showed up to take her car the guy was very kind and let her remove her personal stuff. I pray I never have to use them myself but it was a good experience in general.

If you have to get your car towed do not come here they are so rude! There is a really mean older guy there. He even was talking to the other employees so rudely told one of the guys to zip it how can you talks to someone like that how are they still in business.

Terrible people that work here absolutely awful went to go get stuff out of car today just asked very nicely to get stuff out of car and then this dude came out being a complete ass saying I know I am mean I’m ganna be mean because I can you can even get my name down too his name was Stan and brought up that I had work done to my car for no reason and saying yea I know I swear he was on something a very weird situation just come to get stuff out my car and getting yelled out to hand the keys over and then telling me i needed to pay 50 dollars when no one told me that over the phone if I could give a 0 I would do not come here for anything!

Edit to update that we are Repeat Customers and have always been fit in fast. Great and friendly service! Will continue to recommend.

I went to retrieve my items from them and had to pay $40 to get everything back to find out I was missing an umbrella and an ice scraper that I keep in my car all the time. They tried to say it’s a new law that when a vehicle gets repoed, they have to take all the valuables out the vehicle. I had this happen before and they never mentioned that nor took my items out my vehicle, of course it was a different company. Whoever towed my vehicle had to have taken those things out. This is the most ridiculous company I’ve ever had to deal with and I’m really pissed. If they tow your car be sure to get all your valuables because they’ll pick and choose what they want to keep for themselves.

On the 13th of July around noon, the driver in a wrecker dragging a silver 4 door Hyundai. Truck tag #W27660 DPS-51408-W, when I was getting on I40 this guy decides to ride on my back bumper with his bright lights on, as we proceeded on the highway, he cut around me the deliberately used the Hyundai he was dragging to attempt to push me off the road cutting me off repeatedly as I was trying to get his info. Your driver's try that again, I will have a dash cam and when they hit me...

The guy we dealt with was not especially friendly. He was polite, I guess, but he wasn't at all friendly.

They was very rude and disrespectful my medication was not in my purse and my card was trying to be charged at 1:58 p.m on 1/16/21 and when I said something about it I was told I was a liar and I need to stop accusing them and I gave my card to someone else and blaming them

Even though they towed my car for repo, they had been overly helpful and worked with my situation. They are kind people who are just doing their jobs.

I pick up cars for OAE. The ladies are always courteous to me. Im glad Julie is back too. She is so helpful

They may be a wrecker and repo place. But the people are friendly and they do genuinely care. They just have a job to do like everyone else.

Screwed up our gas line

Serviceman, Drew, repeatedly came to my house asking about a repo vehicle. He told me he did a background check and my phone number came up. He was told this is not the vehicle. He was told we did not know about it. Today, He put my truck up on his tow truck, then knocked on my door. I reaffirmed it was not the vehicle he was looking for. The VIN did not match. The year of the truck did not match. He showed me a pick of my tag. He did not possess a court paper or affidavit. He was asked to leave. The police had to come out to ask him to leave. He told the police I called him and cussed him. I did not. The police verified the truck we had is ours and not the truck he was looking for. He left. I do not want him on my property again.

Rude, unprofessional, and I should have called the cops on them for animal cruelty because their dog is covered in huge patches of mange.

Brantley and brantley are nothing more than thugs with a lift truck. They trespassed on my property numerous times now when my gate was locked. and they have now stolen the lock off my gate. If I'm not mistaken, that's theft, and breaking and entering. Also trespassing. I filed chapter13 today and they still came by. Have them on security camera doing so. I'm contacting the police and also my lawyer. Thank you brantley and brantley, you may have just made my pockets a little fatter
