What clients say about Nichols Hills Paint and Body in Oklahoma City (OK)
Was referred to this place by my mechanic for a complete car repaint. Was basically dragged along for 3 to 4 months saying would be getting the car in soon next day next week so on and so on and never did. Basically was told that full body paint work is fill in work for when not busy with wrecked vehicles. Keep in mind this was quoted at being at minimum of 15 K plus job
Frustrating part is I’ve literally waited and waited thinking that they would eventually get the car in and I’ve just wasted time and now I’ve just taken it to another Paint body shop in the city that I’ve used in the past.
I’m sure they do great work, but just frustrating this disrespectful to their clients or potential clients of not holding their word of what they say they’re gonna do
Sadly all I needed was a collision estimate i was extremely patient in waiting for someone to reach out unfortunately I'll assume even after a visit and several call attempts I was not reached out to that's poor business ethics if you don't want to do something just say we are to full i would've went somewhere else overall I don't recommend this business if you are trying to meet a deadline so you can get compensated for being hit by a negligent driver im extremely disappointed i had so much faith that the nice guys who helped me would follow through unfortunately I was not important enough
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Charles and Josh will do things the right way. 2nd time I’ve taken my Acura tlx in, and I have ZERO complaints. In and out in no time! Thanks guys!
Took my 2022 Nissan frontier to get the front end replaced after it got wrecked. It took five months to fix it and the first time I had taken it to the car wash after getting it back the paint came right off.
This place is great! The owner is very nice and they did a perfect job on my vehicle. I’m glad I was referred here. I’ll be back in the future if I need it.
Charlie was a completely rude individual and I'm being nice, Being a small business owner as well, Guy totally stereotype me from the introduction of our meeting. He obviously felt as if I couldn't afford his service. 1 STAR IS A PARTICIPATION AWARD. Do not go to this guy
My review may be biased because I know the Linsenbarth’s, but that’s also why I trusted them with my car. They’re family owned/run and really good people. Parts orders are backed up all over the world right now, but Josh was straightforward and pretty spot on about the time frame to fix it. Add in dealing with my insurance company professionally and quickly, it’s a relief to not have to hound either the shop or the adjuster. My suggestion is keep your business local and family owned when possible. You won’t be disappointed with the Linsenbarth’s/ Nichols Hills Paint & Auto Body.
Awesome experience! Charles and Josh were able to diagnose, explain, and repair my issue with ease. They were also very friendly and fixed my vehicle at a fraction of the costs the dealership had quoted me. I will definitely bring my vehicle back when another issue arises.
