Tried to call for a part. Someone literally picked up the phone, said nothing, and hung up on me. How do you expect to sell me anything if you have no website and won't answer your phone? You can get a website for $15 right here on Google business.
He showed me how to measure rims & what to look for when buying parts for my 96 Olds. Very honest, helpful & didn't treat me like a ignorant female when it comes to fixing my own car. I appreciate him taking the time to explain what to do & treating me with respect. I've dealt with enough men messing up my vehicles the past 25 years & acting like I'm dumb. I am EXTREMELY thankful for this guy! The rims I bought from another salvage yard were rusted, damaged & didn't fit after they promised they would. This guy MADE SURE they would fit before I left his shop. He even left the shop open because he knew I was driving 35 miles to get there. I'm a customer for life now! THANK YOU!
I didn't find anything in particular for myself here but the owner was really friendly and more than willing to point me in the direction of his colleagues who could have possibly helped me. For that I appreciate the old fashion customer service, even if I was only in the store for about 5 min.
This man has been in business for years and is always so helpful and very reasonably priced on his parts. Always a handshake with the deal. Thanks Red for your contribution to the community and surrounding area.
Just a heads up they show to be open sat but there is a paper sign in window that they are closed sat. I really wish I would have known this before driving 45 mins.
Red is the wisest car enthusiast I have ever met. He has a ton of parts and is not affriad to get dirty helping you. He also does the best darn steering column repair in the city.
