Ordered a part from them via Ebay. The part never arrived. Only when we called did we find out they never had the part in stock. If it's not in stock why was it advertised for sale by your company on Ebay? Then they actually asked us if we wanted a refund. Of course we want a refund! The guy on the phone never offered an apology, never even had a sense of urgency. Now we are delayed getting a customer's car fixed all because of these clowns.

What a cool store and is like a walk back time. Staff was awesome and friendly. Great place to fined OEM parts for your Ford or Chevy projects.

Ordered parts with plicific details of what I needed, got parts and they where the wrong parts, made contact and sent measurements and photos of parts needed, got 2nd Order and the same wrong parts sent again, I've now got two lots of wrong parts and $259 nzd out of pocket, have sent two emails with no response or reply, I will never order from this company, and would not recommend buying from them, unless you want a huge disappointment and financial loss

I was in the store in October and bought a front clip for my 1967 Ford F100 that they said they had in stock I paid cash went to load it up in the back and they were missing one fender ok no big deal how long to get it they said 30 days ok not a big deal over 60 days and I finally called them and they say all of our vendors are out of them I don’t even know when I can get you one and I said can you just have I shipped to my shop so I don’t have to drive to okc and pick it up and he said yeah if you want to pay the shipping which is gonna be $100 or more and I said you guys should take care of this I am the one getting screwed here and he said that’s not my problem someone will call you when your part gets here and hangs up. I want my money back and you guys can have your partial front clip back this is crazy! I rate you business with no stars.

Very knowledgeable. However placed order and was traveling thru OKC, once there I was told part of the items were on back order. Would have been nice to know ahead of time. Customer service not the best.

I give them 4 stars because their pricing is very competitive. But if they don't have something on the shelf they have to order it and have zero clue when it'll arrive. I get the parts are coming from China but an estimate would be nice.

They have a huge inventory of parts for my 1929 Model A . Its really nice to be able to put your hands on the parts before you buy them and if needed you can return with exception of electrical parts .

Although the service and shipping time were very good, I received the wrong parts and when I called back I was told that they could not help me as I had provided the part numbers. I did provide the numbers as taken from their catalog and what was shipped is a completly different part number. As I live in Canada, the shipping, return shipping, and another freight charge for the correct items is going to add up to almost four times what the part cost. With no offer of assistance on the shipping charges I will not be ordering anything further from this company.

Awesome place, don't bring your wallet...you can easily empty it out with all the great selection of readily available parts.

Great to have a place close to home. The prices are better than any online seller I have found, and they know a lot about classic cars and original parts replacement.

Wonderful store I don’t have a ford or Chevy but the counter guys were about the nicest you’ll ever find in a parts store They even offered help with My Lincoln parts as some are interchangeable You can’t go wrong here Well run operation

Good selection, reasonable prices, good service. Things took some time, but it was due to subcontractors. Cheapest shipping to Norway of ALL other carpart companies I've traded with in the US. Will also be my next choice whenever I need more parts !

Not very happy at the moment with this company, always have things on back order and they will not tell you until you call them, just recently I ordered a glove box and it did not come with the mustang emblem, they said they use a different vendor and it doesn't come with the emblem although there magazine clearly says it does, I have waited weeks on back orders and finally cancel to get them elsewhere, they should take care of there customers better and don't just leave us hanging

Drove here from Fort Worth Texas to buy interior and lots of parts for my 65 Falcon I'm restoring. Bob helped me and has been super nice. I've still been calling him and ordering more parts as I need them. So glad Obsolete Ford is here for us!!!

Very cool museum part between ford and chevy parts stores

I purchased an oil pump from the Obsolete catalog priced at $169.95 but the price increased to $224.95 when ordering it. Just saying: you decide. Then, worse yet, the new pump failed and was damaged in the pan. Employees at Obsolete are friendly, helpful and responsive but you know how corporate policy goes. Tough. I'd buy again from Obsolete, and that's okay, might have to. Just letting you know this one-time experience. Nobody is perfect.

I've had good luck for the most part. When they changed owners years ago, the people that were very knowledgeable seemed to be let go. But the current employees are glad to help and admit when they don't know something, which I respect as a customer. It's nice to go to a store that has parts on hand for classics.

I have bought from this company thru EBay and shipping charges were cheap, good, and fast but went on their website and orderedbed repair strips for my 51 F1 that were $30.00 for the set and had to pay 38.00 shipping.......OUTRAGOUS SHPPING CHARGE! Midwest early ford shipped all 7 bed strips for $12.00 from Ohio. I wont buy from Obsolete and Classic Auto Parts anymore!

I've went in and bought several things from this place but everything is always a higher price and of course you will have to pay for their shipping cost. Why bother buying from here if I have to pay the outrageous shipping then hell, I'll buy somewhere else and have it brought to my door step. I have a list of about 48 different places I can get classic Ford, Chevy etc parts so why waste money on this place. They are out in the back forty. Save your time and money, Run! I had been eyeing some rocker panels they had on display... After a few weeks, I went in with cash to purchase them, but they were already sold. I placed an order for new rocker panels. I checked back (drove to the store) the next week and they said they were not in yet. I checked back (drove to the store) the next week -- they were not in yet... I CALLED back about three days later (telling them I can't keep driving 1 hour there and 1 hour back to check to see if my order is in) -- they told me they had not even ordered them yet!!! I couldn't believe it -- they didn't tell me how it worked until 2.5 weeks went by!!! I finally got my rocker panels about 6 weeks after I ordered them. Now, I am dealing with the exact same issue on 5 more items I ordered through Obsolete Auto Parts. They have no idea when to expect to receive my order. And I noticed on a lot of my receipts, they charged me shipping for items I picked up in their store. :mad: Their catalog was printed seven (7) years ago -- so the prices listed are NOT the prices they charge. The catalog is rife with mistakes (they list "rocker panel clips" but show a photo of "windshield clips" and list the "windshield clip" part number -- so if you buy rocker panel clips, they will actually sell you windshield clips and have no idea they are wrong or what part they should actually sell you. They are not at all knowledgeable -- they are entirely too dependent on their catalog. Ask them a question, and watch them dig into their printed catalog as if it were their bible... I wouldn't buy from them, but they are so close to me when compared to the other sources... Think of them as a necessary evil.

Cancelled a order and still trying to get bank account credited. They sent the part out anyway and charged my account weeks after we cancelled the order. Have called several times and get the run around. Would never buy from again. We placed a large order with them and some of the items were on back order for weeks so we cancelled them. Would not buy from again. Going to dispute charges with my bank.

Very knowledgeable parts place for mustang parts. They check to see what have in stock and then call you to acknowledge be fore they charge your card. Much better than Laurel mountain mustang they charge your card and then constantly backorder everything and cant get your money back! Yes shipping charges are slightly higher than others but I get what I need in a timely manner.

I agree with the other reviwer about freight charges. I ordered some parts to be shipped to Canada. I was told by Lance that my expected freight would be 200.00. Seemed high but i went with it. I then got a notification from Fed ex that i would receive it the next business day. Fed ex called me looking for more money to clear tariffs at the border, i asked them about the service option. It was put on air freight and ground service was available. I called Lance and asked about it. He wasn't slightly helpful in correcting it or even admitting anything was done wrong. He wouldn't admit to the ground option being available despite the fact that fed ex told me it was. I would give no stars if possible. Spend your money elsewhere.
