A property in front of my home was being demolished and their semi truck drivers picking up the trash kept driving on my front yard with no concern of the damage they were causing. They also broke a couple of sprinkler lines and heads. They have yet to make it right.
One of their trucks was driving down the highway with a full load in their dump trailer while UNCOVERED and debris flew out and chipped my windshield. This happened in mid September. I called them within the next day or so and was told I would be taken care of. I was even told that if they have a load and it’s uncovered they’re not supposed to be on the highway. It is now mid November and are not returning phone calls or texts. I ended up going through my own insurance to get this fixed because of their failure to fix their mistake. The driver was questioning the pictures I took of the damage and was insinuating that I was lying about the damage. I’m sure this company does great work when it comes to their actual job, but as far as fixing their mistakes like what happened to me, terrible.
The front guys were cool. But prior to walking in there was a man and women fighting and screaming at each other.. we of course waited to get out of our vehicle as to not step into the middle of it.
I was almost hospitalized/killed by one of their trucks that ran red light to turn left on Classen and Western Avenue. After calling in to their business. I was treated fairly with an apology along with promise to investigate the situation/driver. I considered their response very professional. And understand accidents happen. And hope it was isolated incident.
We've done several projects (large and small) with MWW. They are very professional, knowledgeable and honest. We've used them throughout the state of OK. No job is too large or too remote, as they have a vast network of sub-contractors that are geographically diverse. Ben, Chris and Kevin Kates are a great family-owned business to work with!

Chris was very rude to me about a quote. I emailed him full CIVIL plans for a commercial excavation project and he never got back with me. After a week, I sent him a follow up email and called him. The conversation lasted about 10 seconds. I had to reintroduce myself to Chris and his response was "We will not be bidding" and then hung up. My company is large in the commercial development sector, and I will never recommend Midwest Wrecking Co. In fact, I will go out of my way to not recommend you.
We had a tornado shelter installed improperly and needed someone to remove it. I called Midwest Wrecking and they were out that day to give me a price quote on the job. We decided that they were the company we would use. I called them and they took care of having the lines marked. They were out as soon as the weather permitted. Very professional. Shelter was removed and ground was smoothed out in about 40 minutes. If we ever need another job done this would be the company we would go with.
I called to find out the approximate cost of demolishing a home I may be purchasing. I was able to get an accurate price without them even seeing it. Very personable and very professional. I own my own business, Christian Brothers Painting, and I understand how difficult it can be to bid without seeing the job. This gentleman was able to do so, and I will be purchasing the property and using them. Thanks so much
