Terrible experience. Refused to fix locks in vehicle. Rude staff. Repo for less than one payment(Less than 200 dollars). Sold vehicle and then sued us for loss of vehicle after sale . Vehicle was not even worth what we were sued for. I would never use them or recommend them-never-

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this car lot. The prices are excessively high, and the customer service is far from satisfactory. The staff is often rude and fails to treat customers with basic respect and dignity. Additionally, they are quick to attempt repossession at the slightest delay, which adds unnecessary stress. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a fair and respectful car buying experience.

I’m currently sitting outside of my work stranded and no way to pick my two children up from daycare because they repoed my car. Am I behind?I am but ONE payment and i agreed to make extra payments to catch up with that being said I have been working long hours. When I called up there and asked for leniency since I was about to come up there and make my payment they are just repeating the same things saying you can make payment online or on the phone or drop off a money order. I live in Midwest city I have cash and I’m not comfortable dropping off a money order after hours. On top of the they’re pay website is stupid you can’t adjust the amount and same with over the phone. They also have to have said card on file to use it. I’ve had this car for almost three years and almost have it paid off and for what? For them to try to repo it every chance they get? For the price I paid for that car I could’ve gotten a new one. They are a scam. Not to mention I just bought a new battery for the car. The lady also told me to call back in an hour or tomorrow. Kathy is the only decent human being that works there.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!! I bought my car and in less than a year of having it my transmission went out and of course they blamed it on me. We had the transmission replaced and instead of paying for it in full they added the repairs on to my payment which is fine except for the fact that less than a year later im having transmission issues again. I took it to an actual TRANSMISSION SPECIALIST this time and he told me that whoever changed the transmission overfilled it with transmission fluid and it was also showing internal transmission failure. The transmission ive been paying for this whole time that i trusted this place to put in my vehicle. I took it BACK up there and despite me having this transmission for less than a year theres no warranty on it and im expected to pay full price for THEIR mistake. On top of that the office ladys are absolutely terrible. Shoutout to kathy because she’s honestly the only one i can stand to talk to for more than 30 seconds. It seems everytime i go to make a payment unless kathy is there i have to argue with someone. My parents got plenty of good cars from this place when i was a kid but they obviously dont have the same morals that they had those years ago. As soon as i get this car payed off i will NOT be a returning customer im honestly thinking about just giving the car back and going somewhere else maybe they’ll actually fix the transmission on the poor car before selling it to some other unsuspecting victim

I called because I had a few questions as a first time buyer , like any other customer would. I spoke to a male named Tony who’m honestly had the worst customer service. Wouldn’t let me finish any of my questions without rudely interrupting me. Interrupted me so much I literally had to ask him to stop interrupting me, he got sassy with me & so I ended the call. Running a business takes professionalism. Which this employee lacked. It’s not hard to be kind or to simply let someone finish asking questions about the vehicles YOU are trying to sell.

It shows they close at 6:30 got here with plenty of time, or so I thought. Then y’all try to go ahead and charge a late fee! That’s crazy. This is just one of the many times they have closed early so don’t believe the times that are posted. ALSO Let me not forget to mention that when I financed my vehicle they made it very known that they were not the type to harass for a payment and low and behold they are! So make note of that when purchasing a vehicle if you would like to get harassed about making your payment. I get off work at 6 usually and they claim to close at 6:30 so how is it that I get off work early to show up and they’re closed?

They have nice vehicles. But every time we called they had no sales person available. They offer $500 down....But they don't offer any vehicles with only $500 down!

The staff is very friendly and they work fast to get you in a vehicle but, the problem is, their cars are lemons. Please be careful!!!!!!! I have bought two vehicles from them and both of them had problems. I spoke to the dealer about the problem with the car and he just told me "well I dont check the cars, they are AS IS" now I'm being harrassed about the car payments and having to fix the car at the same time. Fishers fix the cars up just good enough for you to drive off the lot, after a few days, maybe a year, heck I know someone who told me they bought a vehicle from them and after a little bit over a year, their transmission went out. I honestly think what they do is, people who have bad credit get the lemons because they know we're desperate 😅 I'm going to be Frank . Being so anxious to jump in a vehicle that looks good, payments affordable, just looks/seems like a dream come true, not knowing your vehicle is going to break down within a short matter of time. I went to go put some insurance on my GMC the other day and come to find out that the vehicle has been in a very bad car wreck, Theft, and had a issue with the tag. All of this caused my insurance to go up because they said the vehicle is a HIGH RISK! Smh I hope this helps someone. I’m sure there are other people who’d experienced this same problem. And also, update. You see how they commented saying to email me and they will help me with this problem above. I emailed them twice and they never emailed me back. They just want to look like they care because you left a bad review that's it. They came and picked my car up after I had my newborn baby and was behind one car note after explaining to them I was in the hospital for having my baby and had preclampsia. Then, sent me a letter the next day saying my car is going up for auction. Didn't even give me a chance to get my suv back. I called the lady she told me that it's not up for auction yet. She continued to ask me. Did you need some repairs on your car? And I said yes! She replied “okay, you have to bring your account current in order for us to fix your vehicle” (after i told her everything that needed to be fixed) I said that's fine! I will send someone to pay the full balance tomorrow. Then we hung up. Tell me why, the lady call me back 20mins later saying. "The owner wants a payout" I said "excuse me?" "What you mean a payout?" The lady proceeded to tell me that the owner goes through the list and pick who they want to do a "payout" and the owner chose you to pay the whole balance of $11,425 😆 Wooooooowwww!!!!! Yeah you all are some scammers!!! Then they turned right around and put repo on my credit and everything. Once again, please be careful. I try to help the unfortunate as much as possible because it's not right.

so these people like to come repo your car when you only have a year left to pay then when you want to come pick it up “it has to be at a Pacific time” they also don’t want to take your money when you’re wanting to pay the full cost so I highly recommend not financing a car from this crooked people!!!

If I could give zero stars I would ! I should’ve listened to my friends when they said don’t come here . They will take your money and your insurance money & make it seem like it’s your fault . Worst customer service I have ever dealt with . They are never on the same page , and will gaslight you into thinking they are helping but will force you to pay for repair that insurance covered . They know exactly who this is . Don’t be afraid to sue them if this happens to you . They have been sued multiple times before ! Everyone stay blessed and BEWARE ‼️

Bought a truck from them a few years ago. Have a great payment history. Truck is almost paid off. I've had to do a ton of work on my truck. The one time I ask them to move a payment up a week. With the promise of making a double payment. They first say no, I'd have to make s half payment. And now they want to reverify my employment. That's what I get for trying to talk to them in the office. There is 0 customer service here. They don't sell good vehicles.

I bought my truck 2 years ago and I have had no problems with anyone at Fishers!! It was a fast and easy process, from the application to signing the contract!! The ladies in the office have been great to me, always very friendly and helpful! There has been times when I needed to push a Pymt for one reason or another and they were always nice about it and have never been rude or hateful!! I can’t tell you anything about the repair shop or process bc I’ve never had any problems with my truck!! Great place, great people and I WILL buy again!! Thanks Fishers 😊

One of the best buying experiences I have ever had and i have purchased probably 30 cars in my life! The miles, price of the car, year of the car and down payment is all on the window of the car!! Staff is professional and friendly! Their prices are very comparable with other lots and their interest is NOT bad ESPECIALLY if you have no credit or bad credit! This place was heaven sent after spending an entire day looking to purchase a car! One of the best and easiest buying experience I have ever had! I will definitely be a customer for life!

Horrible customer service skills don’t expect anything except constant excuses if they even bother to answer the phone. They will sit on your car instead if fixing it and they wont keep you posted. ALL of the staff is really old and clearly hate their job/dont make enough. The ladies up front cant even keep their nails done let alone communicate effectively. They’ll tell you to come up there when they cant even bring you your car instead of telling you the times over the phone wasting everyones time. LITERALLY the WORST place in okc to buy a car.

If I could give no stars I would! The owner/manager is the rudest person I have encountered in so long! Didn’t even try to hide the fact that he didn’t want to sell to me. All because I was getting a car for my daughter that I was going to pay for her not her. I don’t recommend this place. Not only are their prices sky high their down payments are ridiculous. Not even a big car dealership ask you for this much money. If your looking for a good car at a good price go to Victory Used Cars on 66th and shields and ask for Alex. He was wonderful and treats you like family!!!

In my life I have bought at least 10 or more vehicles from Buy here Pay Here places. 1yr ago I bought the best Deal I ever got. I was looking for a particular mini van for my needs. Found it at Fisher's! We have had 0 problems NONE! We have made every payment on time and if needed they let us push it as long as we communicate them. Top notch I will buy again. Bought a car from here. The sales men were very tactful. It literally took less than an hour after I picked out a car. They didn't try to push me into anything. They just let me choose. There vehicles are low miles and nice newer used cars!!! My grandpa bought from them a few years ago as well. Loved shopping here. It turns red the nightmare of car shopping into a great experience!!!

With the recent covid-19 issues I was off work for about 2 -3 months and had no income coming in I paid on my payment even though I had nothing coming in now that I'm finally back to work they call me 3 to 4 times a week hounding me about my back payments even after I tell them ill pay on it when I get paid, hell give me a chance to get paid first before non stop calling me can't pay you unless I have the money. If I wasn't on the end of the note I would send the car back and be done with them. Wonder how they would feel if someone did the same thing to them. At first I loved the company they do a great deal but now I'm not to sure.

Went and bought a 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 quad cab off this dealership today. Sales people where very friendly and respectful, but this dealership does not follow DOT safety Regulations. They sold me a truck with bad tires on it and I didn't realize it til it was too late. And the truck has 2 open recalls on it that should have been performed before they offered the truck for sale to anyone. I would advise anyone who goes to buy a vehicle here to look over everything with a vehicle they are interested in and don't over look anything...

A good place to buy. They do work with you. I am fixing to buy car 2 from here. For the one that said credit express auto, you will definitely regret that decision. Cars might be high, but interest is way lower than credit express. And credit express repossessed our car 3 days after the payment was made, and 3 car payments left. Good luck with credit express.

I would not recommend buying a vehicle from Blazer Motors. I drove two hours with a “guarantee” I would be driving home in the Dodge truck I was pre-approved for with $2,000.00 cash down. I sent in all of my pay stubs & information they requested to get me approved before I drove two hours to purchase the vehicle. Jessica reassured me I was approved for the truck with only $2,000.00 down. When I got to the dealership the story changed, they wanted $5,000.00 down so I walked out. Another salesman followed me out the door and insisted he could get me another deal. He went and talked to his finance man and he got it to $3,000.00 down. You would think the company would stand by their word, but obviously that’s not the case.

They are very friendly and they worked out a deal with us when no-one else would. I absolutely love my car and will continue to buy a second car from them as soon as this one is paid. Never have any issues and always great customer service! Thanks for the hard work guys and gals.... Keep it up

I got a great vehicle, and am totally satisfied with it. I am not very excited about the service I've had of late, which is the reason for my rating. I will definitely attest to the quality of the vehicle, and recommend their business to others. Recently I've not been able to make my payment over the phone without hassle, which is disheartening, due to how far I live from their location. I hope there are no further problems in this aspect of their service.

We have never known a more accommodating firm for car sales than here. It is very true that you can recover from disaster with these folks. They say stay in touch and they mean it. They have gone the extra mile so we can have 'not a clunker' but a brand new car. We are safer and happier in our car. And we are very well taken care of. My son's will be buying from here. I suggest that everyone buy from here to keep them in business. The ONLY fault is they do not have a cargo van for me to purchase.
