It says 24 hrs open but when you call it says the operator tells you that the hours are from 7am -8pm Might as well change the time with your false advertisement
I called multiple tow companies after my sister wrecked my car into a ditch at 4 am. Specifically, this one I called apparently 3 times not realizing they own 4 tow companies in the area!m, only to find out they can’t tow my car cause they had no trucks available until 9 am. How was that going to help me? When I questioned why they couldn’t tow my car in an emergency when they bought out 4 Oklahoma towing companies and not one of them had a truck available, the gentlemen said “I’m sorry but that’s non of your concern”. Never using this company to tow! Went with arrow wrecking services who did an amazing job!!!
Absolutely terrible, quoted me 30-45 minutes, I called after an hour, they said the driver was called to a "pd" which is fine, things happen, however a curtesy call informing me of the delay would have been nice. And then said 10-15 minutes he will be there. I call after 20 minutes to cancel the tow.
I called my towe in a whole day in advance and told the lady that my mechanic needed the car and that I was paying him labor starting at 7:30am...she said no problem and that it would be there by 7:30. I find out now that the police called when he was in route so my call got pushed back! So I've paid $200 to my mechanic and my car hasn't even got there yet!!!!! No offer to take care of me in any way...very unapologetic.
VERY FAST SERVICE I was broke down in an intersection and they were there in 5 minutes . Mike the driver was very cool and they're rates are very reasonable. I would recommend them .
Very bad. Many of my personal belongings were stolen... Very upset that was everything i had left in the world. And even my medical records were lost. I have congestive heart failure and have been without medication for over 40 days.
