Quick, Responsive, Patient, Flexible, Trustworthy and Dependable This man was so patient with me. This is singularly one of the most important qualities I look for in any experience I have. He went above and beyond to help me with this process. I still owed 1.8k on the car before I was able to have a clean title, but he waited it out! Took forever for my lien to release, but he said "I'll be patient, just call me when you get it". He offered me more than anyone else. He also had someone pick it up from auto shop that said it was basically scrap to me and had it stored at no cost! I was so nervous at first, I'd never had to do this. I now am completely at ease. Hopefully never need to do this again, but I now who to go to if I must.
