Out of all the people I called he was the fastest and best price . I had my truck stuck in a pretty tight place and he was able to use the winch to pull it out. I highly recommend them.

They came 40 minutes early from scheduled time. They called and left no voicemail, no text. We called back twice within 6 minutes of their early call and no answer. They falsely told the insurance company vehicle was picked up. Called the main number and person said "nothing we can do about this" and hung up

Was quoted one hour from dispatcher. Turned out to be a almost for 4 hour wait for a service they no longer wanted to do . Don’t handle jobs you can’t handle Ollie. Negative stars if I could.

I got off of work today and noticed I had a flat tire. I was having trouble finding a tire shop that was open on a Sunday after I got off of work so I decided to just pull into a gas station to fill it up just to make it home. Omeed pulled up behind my car out of no where and told me he saw a nail in my tire. Instead of me filling it up with air he offered to fix it right there on the spot. What he didn’t know is I’m 4 months pregnant and really did not want to have to change a heavy tire. He fixed it up all from the kindness of his heart and really helped me out. I cannot thank him enough! This is a great company!

Terrible terrible terrible! At 12am I needed a tow. Never arrived. Called and said they were 5 min out after waiting 1 hour for a tow. However, he never pulled up! Never ever will I ever use this company. Not even if it was free!

These guys are rude and absolutely no help. My insurance called upon them to help. Refused to come help. Had to call my buddy to come help with his jeep. Only had to roll out 60’ of winch cable and hooked up. Pulled out no problem. Would never call these guys for help. Find better people that are not rude and are actual help. Told me good luck. Good Luck to you and your horrible demeanor on the phone and crappy service.

Amazing service. My car broke down at the gym and I needed it towed back to my house: the first company took forever and eventually cancelled on me. Luckily Omeed was able to help even though it was close to 1 am and deliver my car to me very quickly. I didn’t have to waste time meeting him at the car either. Very impressed with him and thankful state farm uses his company for roadside assistance. Thank you Omeed!

Fast service and very communicative. Needed a tow from my driveway to auto shop and they were here in an hour. Gave several updates on ETA throughout the process. Loaded up in 5min and sent drop off follow up pics to confirm my vehicle was dropped in the right place. Appreciated all of the help!

Omeed was a lifesaver for me. I had issues turning my car on and eventually decided to get it towed back to my apartment complex. As soon as he arrived, he was kind and comforting, which I really appreciated given the circumstances. I also felt safe with him there as I was alone at night with my car. Furthermore, he towed my car back home to my apartment complex garage, which is hard to navigate through, and successfully put it in the correct parking spot. To be honest I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, even though having car issues is not what I wanted on a Friday night during a holiday weekend. I highly recommend Omeed’s Towing, and am so grateful for the top notch customer service I received.

Absolutely amazing towing service. Ali was a literally God sent gift. My car broke down in the middle of the road. My wife and I were in the middle of calling a towing service when he showed up out of no where. He said he saw us and wanted to help. Excellent service! I needed an unexpected tow very last minute from one car shop to another. I called him shortly after 5pm & he was able to get my car same day from the first shop before they closed at 5:30pm. Would definitely recommend!

True to his word, Omeed arrived promptly. He was incredibly kind and courteous, and he kept me informed of his arrival time, which I greatly appreciated. I recently had my f250 transmission go out on the side of the road. From the time I called Omeeds towing to drop off at the transmission shop was less than a hour. They came within 15 minutes from the time I called. I’m very impressed!

I was on I-35 downtown in the middle of the night when my car completely broke down. Calling around 1am for a tow truck was a nightmare. I called every towing service within a 30 mile radius. Most of the 24hr services sent me to a full voicemail inbox. A few quoted me a base price, plus mileage fees, etc. Finally, I reached Kim at Omeed’s Towing. He was incredibly helpful and professional, asking for some basic information, where I was and where I was getting towed to. Kim not only provided a fair price with no hidden fees but also arrived swiftly, within 30 minutes of my call after I paid securely over square. He went above and beyond by giving my car a complimentary jump to check the battery and offered valuable advice on potential car issues and easy service fixes. His friendly and calm demeanor was exactly what I needed in such a stressful situation. Kim safely towed my car to South Austin, even picking me up from the service road at 2 in the morning. I cannot speak highly enough of Kim’s outstanding service. He was lovely, helpful, and straightforward. He turned a terrible situation into a manageable one. I called at the busiest traffic time of the day for a tow. The phone was answered immediately and I was prompted to send my location. I was informed the driver was available and reasonably near by and insured the driver would call. I could not hang up fast enough to answer the drivers call. We agreed on an arrival time and this company followed through. Not only were they prompt and eager to assist with my needs, the driver took the time to make sure my truck was not damaged while loading and unloading the vehicle. I believe small details matter. Because of this companies attention to this detail, I will never call or recommend any other company.

Seriously the best Tow truck company in Austin! Sami is a professional at what he does. He did a really amazing job and helped me out when my car broke down. Sami is 10/10 a very good person and knows what he is doing. If you need someone to tow your vehicle this is the right company for you. Highly recommend.
