Zaben Towing was very easy to work with. They came right within the time frame I was quoted and kept in touch with me to let me know when they’d be arriving. The driver was very nice. He let me ride with him to the shop where my car is being taken as it’s much closer to home than where I was with the car for it to be picked up. Saved me what was probably going to be a pretty expensive uber expense. Definitely can recommend Zaben for anyone looking for a tow service.

Arrived promptly, took photos of my car, and quickly loaded it onto the flatbed tow truck. They were also kind enough to let me go back into my office to grab my laptop and even gave me a ride to the dealership. Highly recommend!

Used this towing company via my personal roadside plan. They worked with my plan to make sure that I was given a time block of two hours initially but pleased when tow company reached out directly to communicate with me about the exact time that they would be here. There were two men that came & with them working together, my vehicle was loaded, chained & strapped in, and off to the dealership in less than 10 minutes from arriving to departing with my vehicle. Great communication and professionalism. Will recommend or would use again!

Teddy was amazing. Super friendly and was able to start my car without before towing. I tried a starter pack, jumper cables with 2 cars, and couldn’t get it to turn over. He got it in 1 minute. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful service by Omar and Bassam. My car had to be towed twice in a single day. They came to tow my car very quickly. They even gave me a ride so i didn’t have to pay for uber. Anyone looking for a very very reliable and trustworthy towing company, go for it. Highly Highly recommended.

Ted was an absolute delight. He gave me plenty of notice before he arrived to pick up my vehicle and was very careful with loading my vehicle onto the tow truck. He also said he’d notify me once the vehicle had been dropped off to the dealership’s service center. I would absolutely recommend using this roadside assistance service (and ask for Ted!)

Zaben towing was excellent to work with! I made a roadside assistance inquiry and was given an estimated time of arrival. Progressive contacted me and let me know they were on the way, then the driver from Zaben contacted me when he was 10 min away. The entire process was smooth and Thaer was very knowledgeable and he took great care of my car when loading it on the tow truck. I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends or family and I ended up saving the number incase i need them myself for in the future. 5 stars all around!!

David was wonderful! I thought I was having a starter issue and would need to get my car towed but before David hooked everything up, he checked my battery and noticed the problem was my battery terminal. I had a few tools, he tightened the wiring and my car started immediately. No tow needed. He was so kind and genuinely helpful. Thanks again, David!

These guys rock. I called for a same-day towing service, we made plans quickly over the phone. And the driver delivered. I would totally recommend these guys for fast and professional service. Note: they only take cash and Zelle. But they can provide a receipt, which I needed for insurance purposes.

I highly recommend this by far. The driver, William, was very professional, kind, and gentle when hooking my vehicle up onto the truck bed and when he dropped it off. I was so happy with their fast response and how he was so nice and understanding of my situation. Most tow truck drivers I have experienced in the past have been rude or very cold and William was the total opposite and made me feel like my car was in good hands with him. I recommend this company over any others by 1000%!! Call them if you need help and their prices are very reasonable.
