This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
In Austin, TX, Top Cash Auto Buyers & Towing Service shows a very positive trend: punctual arrivals, straightforward quotes and fair cash offers, friendly professionalism, and efficient pickups with short waits. Pricing is viewed as competitive, and overall customer service feels reliable. No notable complaints appear in the available feedback, but the sample is limited; there’s little insight on inventory variety, yard organization, or how easy it is to find parts. For sellers and tow needs, it stands out. Overall score: 96/100.

What clients say about Top Cash Auto Buyers & Towing Service in Austin (TX)
Great service!! Was in and out in a matter of minutes and was awesome to talk to. Overall it was amazing. Couldn’t recommend this company even more!!
Great company showed up on time gave me honest quote and service. I would recommend using this company if your looking for someone who is straight forward with his business and advice.
Honest folks to deal with. I described the vehicle and sent pictures, they quoted a range and paid within that range when they saw it in person. Arrived at the time we agreed on, were friendly and efficient, and paid cash.
I can't say enough good things about this company. I had a hot mess of logistics to work through and a blown transmission. Mr. Whited was fair, pragmatic and a straight up guy.
I'm delighted with the service I received and they gave me the best deal of all the other companies I contacted. I'm a fan.
