Hector came in clutch with some air hose fittings I need it for my semi truck ? broke down around the corner. He took his time and went above and beyond to find what I need it. Great prices and fantastic costumers service.
I went in for a weird request to press a wheel bearing hub out of a steering knuckle since I had no luck with the slide hammer from another store. They mentioned that they normally don't take requests like this but they said they would give it a shot anyways. Unfortunately the part broke in the process of them trying to separate the wheel bearing hub. However, the gentlemen felt so bad they pitched in towards a new part for me which I thought was extremely generous and showed excellent customer service. I just wanted to say thank you and that definitely helped. In the end I think A Line did the right thing and that is the sort of story that will keep customers coming back. I'd be happy to recommend this store to anyone. Thank you again!!
Best quality and service, hands down. I have never gotten the wrong part from these guys and they have an awesome machine shop in the back! Who could ask for more?
They did a phenomenal job today getting me in and out quick to get my flywheel re surfaced as well as a couple other parts. Quick and easy and excellent job!
Not good costmer Service at all I call to ask about a part that I didn’t know the name and the guy who answered me said what is the name i said I think is the intake I said yes and he said don’t say ok that’s the not the way to do costmer Service

Been looking for a Transmission that's old. My buddy showed me a Facebook post about A-Line Auto parts to give them a call. I did, and they had the transmission. I asked them where they're located, and the person answering gave me a bad address. So red flag I start looking around, and on your page you guys have a Comsumer warning about this Facebook post. I tried to call you guys to see if you had the transmission, and to confirm my suspicions about this being a scam. No one picked up no one answered. If I didn't look up the address I would've been scammed. Pick up the phone
I'll let you decide. I've made many purchases here. I live half a block away. So one Saturday, I woke up to a flat tire. My special needs child was fussy, and we had to get somewhere. So I literally inched my way to A-Line, as the gas station didn't have a working air pump. The workers could have done something amazing, but instead tried to sell me an overpriced pump, even seeing my son crying, and the stress level. Not only that, he carried a huge chip on his shoulder. It wasn't about the purchase. It is about community. That day, they fell completely flat. This was my experience after being a long time customer.
I walked in looking to build a new fusible link for my 74' Dodge Sportsman, thinking I was not going to find the part in town. Not only did they have the fusible link, but also the split tab connector and any links I needed. Super friendly, knowledge and definitely a staple in Austin Automotive DIY. Top marks
I recently brought my spindles into this location along with my own bearings and the guys in the metal shop did an amazing job installing them I saved hundreds! Also my car is so quiet now. Thank you a line!
Awesome selection of parts! It's hard to find most of the replacement parts I need for my '85 Blazer and these guys had exactly what I was looking for. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I will be choosing this store to buy all the parts I need for the restoration on my car. Better selection of parts than Advance, Autozone, and O'Reilly.
Place was just ok. They will go through endless depths to not honor your battery warranty from A-line even when you have your receipt of purchase from this place. With so little locations scattered scare in a major city and so little parts and products in stock it's no wonder why many will pass on them for other chains. So visit this place with discretion of what you are purchasing when it comes to their warranty because they may not honor it. Other places have glady replaced parts like batteries for a new one with no problem with the receipt while under warranty. So we will not be returning to this place again.
There was a gentleman by the name Scott that was a tremendous help! He really broke down every option that I had considering my car's condition and even gave me a few recommendations to choose from. Overall my best experience (and my first experience since moving to Austin) that I've had visiting an auto parts store. Definitely recommend their services!
Called in and Scott helped me. I wanted to remove bug splatter off my car and Scott was the best. He is the first employee that googled the solution for me! He told me all the different ways you can remove the bug splatter and told me what he had and didn’t have in stock from that list. WE NEED more ppl like Scott!! Very much appreciated!

I used to use them more in the past for Motorcraft parts as they are a direct supplier, but I will be avoiding from here on out.
I needed their services for having 2 wheel bearings pressed in and out of 2 knuckles. Pretty easy machine work, takes maybe 20-30 minutes for both, just need a big hydraulic press.
Dropped the knuckles off at about 10:30am. Bert (the machinist) told me there were a few things in front of me. No big deal. I asked if they could be ready by 1pm, he said yes, I even offered a cash tip to help make this a timely deal. 1:25 rolls around, I come in - the knuckles hadn't even been touched. He's telling me same thing: there are things in front of you, it will be a few hours. (I guess the last 3 hours were meaningless.) From this point forward, basically every time estimate he gave me was DOUBLE once reality came into play. I did get the knuckles back eventually right before they closed (took all day). The customer's vehicle this came off chewed me a new one, so we ended up giving the service away. Then when we went to go pay, they hit me for over $200.... FOR PRESSING 2 BEARINGS. What a joke. If machine work is worth $400 / hr, this is not the level of service I would expect.
