This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
In Austin, TX, Star P Towing LLC scores 100/100 with an overwhelmingly positive trend: reviewers praise rapid response times (often sooner than quoted), careful, damage-free towing, and courteous, helpful drivers. Pricing is commonly called reasonable, placement/drop-off is accurate, and professionalism stands out. Complaints are rare and no pattern of issues appears. Note: no insights on inventory variety, yard organization, or ease of finding parts—these reviews cover towing only. Expect short waits and strong customer service.

Justin was one of the best towing drivers to work with. He came in record time and was able to get my low vehicle without a scrape. He was 1 minute behind our Uber and my car was placed exactly where we discussed when I gave him the keys.
My niece’s car was stranded and I was told her wait time was 60 minutes However our driver Justin arrived within 30mins and towed her car in a timely matter. Very kind - great customer service!
I got myself in a jam and reached out to Star P towing. Justin showed up within 15 minutes and got me and my van back on the road! Price was reasonable and he was quick and professional! Will definitely use them again if I find myself in another situation like that.
