This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Based on recent reviews, Sami Inc. in Austin, TX trends strongly negative: Overall 20/100. Customers report unprofessional staff, poor customer service, and long wait times for part pickup, even when given return times. A small positive: they may have the needed part, but retrieval is slow. Pricing, yard organization, inventory depth beyond that, and ease of finding parts aren’t clearly addressed. If these reviews reflect the norm, expect frustration; data is limited, so there’s some uncertainty for shoppers comparing junkyards.
Sucks that this place most likely has your part because this "business" is exact model on how NOT to run a business! Their customer service sucks! There is never anybody to help you when they open! They take forever to get your part! If you were told to come back the next day for your part, be prepared to wait another hour or more regardless if they gave you a certain time to arrive. Walked out listening to a customer telling the "staff" that they were rude and very unprofessional only to be told that they didn't care and they were rude to everyone! So clearly they are aware and proud of their mission to be as rude as possible to anyone providing them business. Unfortunately this is the only place locally to my part. Avoid if at all possible! Last resort place! Tried to give no stars but wouldn't let me post!! ZERO STARS FOR THIS PLACE
