I can’t speak to the tow truck driver who handles my wrecked car. He did a good job, however, I didn’t really have any interaction with him (Marco). On the other hand, when I went to get things out of my car, the man there was the rudest individual I’ve had to deal with in a very long time. He was downright mean. I was not upset when I got there (although probably should’ve been), but he was so incredibly rude, I couldn’t believe it. I don’t normally leave reviews like this primarily because I find most people to be polite, have some semblance of customer service and kind. I would recommend you not have this guy be your public facing representative. Seriously not good for business.

Drivers need to calm down on the road. Switching lanes like they’re driving a Corolla. Black/purple tow truck needs to be aware of the type of truck they’re driving and the damage they can do. Especially driving through a work zone. I’m sure they’re great which is why I won’t mess up your rating with one star.

I spoke with a woman over the phone and I could sense from the way she spoke with she deals with a lot of rude and disrespectful people. When I showed up in person, the woman, was polite, respectful, and very helpful. There was a older man also there that was also very helpful. I have had to deal with 2 vehicles in my life time, this being the second. This was a really good experience, sounds weird I know but they're that good.

I had one of ATX-VIP tow truck drivers pull over and help me with a flat tire on the side of 71. I hadn't called them, and this gentleman offered his help unsolicited. It was so kind of him, and unfortunately I didn't get his name before we had to get off the highway. What a blessing! Thank you so much!!

I was at the Tow Lot in Kyle, TX and I had a Tow Truck Driver named Marco help me. I want everyone to know what great customer service and patience he had. When I meet someone with such great integrity, I am truly impressed. Marco went above and beyond to answer my questions, explain the process clearly, and treat me with respect during a stressful situation. His professionalism and kindness made a difficult experience much easier, and I am very grateful for his help.

Outstanding Service from Gustavo Mejia! I can’t thank Gustavo Mejia enough for his prompt and professional service! My husband accidentally locked the keys in our Acura, and Gustavo arrived quickly and had the door open in no time. He was friendly, efficient, and clearly experienced. Rene and this company were all so quick, kind, efficient and an all around joy to work with! My car wouldn’t start after an art show and they were all so great and I will only work with them from now on if I need a tow again in the future. best service I have received to date using a towing service through AAA. Rene was super fast and a joy to ride along with to Discount Tire so I could resolve some ongoing issues. I’m a student filmmaker at the Austin School of Film so couldn’t be more appreciative of the rapid support in getting this taken care of today. Appreciate y’all!

I called AAA they called 1st call towing they never showed 8 hrs.later We canceled with 1st call towing/ LAST CALL TOWING and AAA SENT ATX-VIP and they were there in 30 minutes. Great service. I will request yall from now on.I will let AAA know how wonderful the experience was.Thank You .

James was my roadside assistance technician today 1/31/25. After a month of having so many questions about my car and chasing answers. James brought me the clarity I needed and got to the bottom of my problem. The most patient and kind technician I’ve had to date.

Alberto was awesome. Fast, courteous and he sent me photos of my car once he had delivered it to the location to confirm. A rare good towing experience.

Cedric called me immediately and let me know his ETA. He was respectful, kind, and the truck was very clean. If I could use tow trucks as an uber I would definitely call them every time due to his friendliness and service. 5/5 stars

I wanna give a huge thanks to ATX-VIP for helping me early morning on 4/10 after work! I'm a travel nurse from Houston and often use my older vehicle to travel to Austin for work. That morning I had just got off and somehow I didn't see the median on the road after a driver cut me off and pushed me into the lane. Anyways, after impact my tire went flat and I banged up my rim...I was pretty shook up. I called 12 different tow and roadside services in which most couldn't help me at all, or would be hours. There was literally a tow truck beside me that stated they didn't do tire changes. Was told to call ATX-VIP from another company and got help immediately. Dispatcher knew exactly where I was and Moe called within the next 5 minutes. Will definitely call again and recommend to others. Reasonable rates and great customer service!

super unsafe driving Not kidding you I was behind this driver since bee caves 1.on the phone driving fast af 2. Cutting ppl off in Mopac traffic 3. Flicking off ppl 4.almost running 4 different cars off the road

I am thankful for the easiest towing experience ever thanks to Mr. David! He was extremely helpful, patient, kind, and funny! Upon reading several other reviews about him, I am not surprised to see he is so well received! He deserves a huge raise for the quality service he is providing. I have a pretty stressful situation with my vehicle. The shop it was originally towed to, would not fix it because it is a transmission issue and they don’t specialize in those repairs with my car. I had to have it towed from that shop to the Infiniti dealership. I don’t know the gentleman’s name that towed it but he was AMAZING!!!! He put me at ease and communicated when he picked the car up and dropped it off. It may be a small thing to some people but it made my day. I wish I knew his name because he deserves a bonus or raise. The experience was way beyond my expectations and I’m so grateful that he took so much anxiety out of my day. Thank you so much!!!!

My brakes gave out and I had to get my car towed. I was super bummed but David turned it into a great experience! I’m very inexperienced with car troubles/handling these matters on my own, and David made sure I was taken care of at the car shop and gave me great advice. He also made sure I had a reliable way to get home from the shop. Couldn’t be more relieved that David came to my rescue! Not all heroes wear capes

Your Tow Driver, Joseph McFarland was extremely professional and courteous! He was on time and contacted me via phone before he arrived. He explained the entire process as he was hooking my car to the truck. I was very happy to understand how the car is towed and secured to the truck. He took very good care of my vehicle! Thank you for hiring such friendly, courteous, and professional drivers! You need more drivers like Joseph! I sure hope you pay him well for his wonderful work ethic! My car unexpectedly died and needed to be towed. AAA sent out ATXVIP to tow my vehicle. Justin Hendrix arrived and helped get my car in the right position to be towed. He was friendly and professional and made me feel overall really comfortable by taking the time to explain everything to me (this was my first time having my car towed). I appreciated all he did!! Was totally satisfied overall with my experience!!

David helped me today & made everything stress free. He was nice, funny, & helpful. When your cars not working correctly it’s a very stressful situation to deal with, but David has made my day so much better. He even recommended an amazing auto shop to have my vehicle worked on. I highly recommend this place & David.
