I had an earlier issue, driven by miscommunication during my last visit . However, chose to give the place another try out of necessity as it is difficult to find honest automobile technicians out here. My experience, like every other i had prior to the last one reinforced my belief that this is the place to get your work done. My earlier issues were addressed , and exceptional service was provided as always. Zach went above and beyond to provide good service and also address earlier issues (not service related) due to miscommunication. I trust them, and thats saying a lot in a service industry where mistrust is the default. Will be back.

NW Imports saved my car! and my sanity. I have a Nissan that I previously took to Lamb’s. After a $2,000 AC compressor change there, my car started making a loud rattling sound and they couldn’t fix it or gave me a clear answer.
I didn’t know what else to do, so I kept driving it like that for a year. I was thinking about selling the car because the sound was so bad despite everything else was fine.
Until I found NW Imports. They checked it and immediately found the real issue which was a worn-out engine mount. They fixed the rattling sound just like that. My car is already at 100k miles and now it feels like a 30k miles car.
Huge thank you to Bob for patiently explaining what was wrong and how they fixed it, in a very clear way. Everyone there is professional, kind, and took good care of me. This is the best car shop I’ve ever been to, and I highly recommend them!!

I’ve never had great experiences with mechanic shops before, especially when it comes to trusting them with a European car. Northwest Import completely changed that for me.
I brought my Audi Q5 in for a check, and instead of pushing unnecessary repairs, they were honest, clear, and gave me real options. The inspection was detailed and even included photos, which made everything easy to understand.
I felt respected and never pressured. I would absolutely recommend Northwest Import to my ladies with European cars. Finding a shop you can trust like this is rare. Shoutout to Ross.
This was the best service I ever received when it comes to an Auto Repair Shop! I took in my Audi and they fixed it same day and gave me all the great prices upfront! I could not be happier with the service and my car is running just as good as it was when I first bought it 3+ years ago thanks to them! Highly recommend this place and I will use them for any repairs I need from now on!
My 2014 Prius was giving up the ghost, and I was in denial. I had gone elsewhere first and gave it a new 12-voltl battery, then a new hybrid battery, thinking that would fix the problems. It didn't. then I took it to Northwest Imports, and they gave me the lowdown on what was wrong. they didn't pull punches, they didn't try to upsell me stuff I didn't need, they just told me the engine needed replacing, and it is not worth the cost. They charged me a very reasonably dianosis fee, and within 2 days I had a new car. I almost with I had gotten another foreign car so I could keep bringing it here for service.
Extremely professional, worked with another shop that had made an unfortunate and expensive mistake with my vehicle. Highly recommend having your vehicle serviced here.
These fellows are quite good. I took a 2017 Hyundai Elantra to them and they found everything wrong with it and were able to turn it around within a day. Much appreciated fellows!
Had a ppi done with them on a Porsche Macan GTS, having never worked with them previously. They were absolutely awesome to work with, so friendly, and made the process so easy! Ross and Bob are incredibly professional and awesome to work with. Thanks a bunch guys!
Really can’t recommend these guys enough. I had an issue with the brakes on my Mercedes Glk350 and they were very helpful in diagnosing the issue (faulty brakes installed by different shop). Ross was very friendly and gave great explanations to all my questions. They gave very reasonable quotes to fix the issue themselves and charged me $0 to do a full system diagnosis even though I told them I was going to get the brakes replaced under warranty from the other shop. I got the impression that they don’t try to push customers to fix things that don’t really need to be fixed like so many other places do, and they really know their stuff as far as Mercedes are concerned.

You will get a complete guideline no up sales. If it’s critical to your car’s engine They will let you know if there’s anything that’s deferred. They will also have a breakdown on that particular component of your vehicle.

I am extremely satisfied with a recent fix to my bimmer related to the intake airflow issue. They are very professional and fixed it quickly to the max of my satisfaction. They were also very flexible with the time due to my difficult schedule. I also got a surprise $20 discount in my invoice, though it's not much it really made me feel better. I feel that they are doing everything to satisfy their customers. They are the best so I would recommend this shop to my friends or anybody.

I brought in my 2011 porsche gt3 for service prior to a track weekend. They squeezed me into their schedule even though I didnt give them much notice. Still they did an awesome job with the alignment and brake flush. Tire wear was very even and no brake fade. NW went above and beyond to do the job right and to make things right. I will be a returning customer!

Brought my wife’s BMW here and they didn’t b upsell at all, they gave a fair price, and didn’t even charge a diagnostic fee to figure out the problem first. Great staff, Bob was a Godsend and all the other guys were amazing too. All knowledgeable and helpful, and they diagnosed and fixed my issues in one day for a super fair price, and let me do late pickup with a lockbox option. Highly recommend them for all your German and other imports. I will be back to them for every repair in the future.
I had occasion to use Northwest Imports for the very first time recently and the experience was outstanding! Their communications with me, their client, was above and beyond any of my expectations. It was 'top shelf' in every way! Their reporting was thorough, timely and kept me informed all along the way. The service required on the vehicle was done according to plan, it was on time and the pricing was very reasonable. I will be a loyal customer of this firm from this point forward. If you have an import vehicle, this is your place, don’t waste your money, time or sanity going to a dealership.
The façade is a bit tired and “retro”, but it’s such a nice place to walk into, with friendly welcoming faces, respectful conversation and fabulous customer interaction.
In my experience, many auto shops treat women as inferior about cars, I did not get that impression here, they respected what I said, and also offered me their professional advice.
I received a quote after inspection of my vehicle before they did any work, and though I went in for brakes, they said I could easily get another six months on them; they didn’t take advantage.
In the end I got an oil change and replaced the battery, both of which I knew I needed. Price was very comparable to other places that I have researched/used.
Five stars on every step of the process. I’ll be back to have the brakes replaced near the end of the year, and I will make a special trip there for oil changes moving forward. I live very close to Bertram… I think that says it all.

Brought these guys our older Honda that we passed down to my daughter. Excellent communication with Ross and Bob. They evaluated the car and gave me their recommendations. I already trusted them and asked them to proceed with the work. Got the car back after one day of starting the work. Excellent work. My daughter is so pleased with how the car runs and drives now. This is my go-to shop from now on. I'm a car guy myself but not a mechanic. More on the body repair side. But I know a great shop when I see one. Thanks guys!
I can tell you about many times David and Northwest Imports have impressed with their service since I started servicing my Porsche there in 1992. Since then I am on my 2nd one. Their mindset is like good family towards all customers and they stand by their workmanship. Today I only had a key programmed but everything was already set up BY Andrew and I spent the time talking to the owners David and Jeanette while the work was being done. Over the years I have recommended countless individuals to them and everyone who went was throughly satisfied and went back.
