Incredible, speedy, affordable service with a smile! Agustin came and saved the day?? My vehicle died while parked in a precarious spot. I called 10 different tow businesses in Austin and Rodriguez Towing Services was the most affordable quote ($100 less than many companies). He showed up and had my vehicle moved within 40 mins! Car troubles are inconvenient and stressful. Thank you, Agustin, for making a hard day much better! I 1000% recommend this business!
I got a flat tire and it was around 12pm and I didn’t have my lug nut key and they responded quick on first call they arrived in 15 minutes
They were so nice and charge me less than other companies around the area
Rodriguez Towing Services helped me with my flat tire. I didn't have a spare and I was stranded along I-35. I called a couple of tow truck companies, but the one that caught my attention was Rodriguez Towing Services' price. Nothing came close to his pricing. He was fast and careful to tow my 1994 chevy Silverado. I will recommend Rodriguez Towing Services to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable tow truck in Austin anytime.
I had a very difficult job— a vintage camper with a buckled leaf spring (imagine part of the suspension drops and the whole camper tilts) that needed towing from Austin to Elgin and fast. Not only did the driver do an amazing job, going above and beyond to get creative in how to load, unload, and secure my broken baby, and was extremely professional, but their customer service was unparalleled, they were very available, communicative, and flexible, and had the a super BEST price around bar none! I couldn’t be happier with my service and am thrilled my girl is safely in her new home. 10/10 would recommend and use again.
Not ONLY THE BEST TOWING Company in Austin I’ve dealt with…but they have the BEST RATES!!! Their customer service was ABOVE & BEYOND what I EVER expected. Once I made contact with them they updated me when they were on their way, after vehicle was picked up they updated both my daughter & that it had been dropped off at requested location. A couple of hours later they followed up with me to make sure everything was satisfactory. Highly recommend if you need a tow!!!
Rodriguez Towing has been a tremendous help. Not only did he helped me out with my broken down car. He was also extremely professional and surprisingly efficient. The last tow truck I called wasn’t as efficient as Rodriguez Towing. But thank you, I’ll be recommending you to my buddies.
Rodriguez Towing helped me out with my 1994 Chevy Silverado. While I was driving on I-35 my transmission broke down. I called Rodriguez towing and before I knew it he pulled up and helped me out.
Had an electrical issue with my F150 downtown at night and couldn't start my truck. I was referred to RTS by a friend and they got me within 30min and gave a reasonable quote to tow to dealership, which seems to be harder and harder to find.
Thanks again to RTS, would recommend and I know who I'll be calling if I need a tow again.
