A super nice young man by the name of Ali from Tow Time towed my C6 Z06. He was very knowledgeable, professional and attentive. He knew exactly how to tow my lowered car without causing any damage to the front end, the rear end, the rims, or to the exhaust. I will certainly suggest their service to anyone in need of a specialized tow. I will certainly call upon their services again when I am in need. Tow Time offers a premium service.

Ali was amazing. He was a lifesaver! I slid off the side of the road right by my house and he was patient and took his time to make sure the truck was towed out and made sure I was able to get it to my drive way. Would recommend to anyone!!!

Had a flat tire, needed to take it to NTB (National Tire & Battery) to be replaced asap. I called & Ali answered. What do you want! These guys handled anything and everything I could ask for and some. Super fast, super professional and they work with an abundance of different kinds of cars. These guys were absolutely amazing! They got my thousand horsepower ZL1 towed. Not a single scratch, I can’t even tell they moved it from point A to point B. Wish I could give them more stars
Tow Time is the best and this is coming from someone who got towed. We recently had our car towed from our parking garage because we parked in a reserved spot (totally our fault). While we searching for our car we spoke to Ali. He helped us find it and when we both realized that a different company (not Tow Time) had towed the car he was adamant that we not have to pay a dime because their business did not have a contract with our garage. He went as far as to reach out to our property manager and have them call the towing company that picked up our car and make sure we could get it free of charge. He was so helpful and made our day.
This guy is a professional at towing. He had fast responses and great service at a reasonable price. I would pick tow time any day over any other tow company!

Although my car was towed while I was out of town, Ali, the manager, was exceptionally helpful throughout the process. He coordinated the pickup smoothly and even assisted with jump-starting the vehicle. Despite the unfortunate circumstances, Tow Time remained communicative, professional, and fair in helping us recover our car. I appreciated their transparency and support.
Phenomenal service. I had an unusual case and Ali went FAR above and beyond. We ran into an additional issue that he took care of. He kept me informed throughout the entire ordeal and made sure I was taken care of. Hopefully I never need another tow, but if I do I know who I'll call.
Ali was extremely prompt and careful with our car that was stuck on a low stone wall after spinning out. He was so careful in maneuvering the vehicle in fact that he was willing to cancel his next job to make sure there was minimal damage to the car. He was also very courteous and kind.

Excellent tow company. I got stuck on a rainy day with my children and a mechanical issue. Roadside Assistance through our insurance had a 200 minute wait. Ali was there in 20 minutes as promised and handled everything from pickup to drop off at a body shop with text messages and photos of confirmation. These guys are great! I was stranded literally in the middle of 620. I called and Ali said he'd be there is 30 minutes and he was right on time. He got my car hooked up quickly. He was super nice. Delivered my car to the shop. I highly recommend them. Getting stranded sucks but it sucked less with an awesome tow company! Thank you!!

My son got a flat tire on 620 and Tow Time was there in less than 15 minutes and swapped his flat tire out for his spare in less than 10. Friendly and great customer service. Very pleased!
My car died on 620, and my husband was able to get it jumped and moved to a nearby parking lot. After calling a different company first with no response, Ali answered and was courteous and knowledgeable. The quote was reasonable, and he came to our rescue quickly. Needing a tow is never fun, but he was pleasant and kind. We will certainly recommend and use them in the future!

Over great experience. I called for the truck and I was told a reasonable price. The driver then showed up within 5 minutes and it got everything set up in another 5 minutes. My car was totally safe in there hands. If I ever need a tow again I will them!
Our insurance company assigned Tow Time to come pick up a Subaru crostrek. We waited all day only to find out from Tow Time that they weren’t coming, because I quote, “the vehicle is too heavy.” Funny, that they show larger SUVs being towed.
I got into a car accident a few days ago, and the police that arrived requested a tow truck, Ali was the person there and surely the only one who calmed me down and helped me with the process of what’s going to happen to my vehicle. now that I’m okay, I will always pick Ali for any towing needs.
