Look no further! This is a great company. I was looking all over the world for a car part for my moms 30+ year old car. After making a few bad purchases from some bad acting companies I reached out to Quality Auto Parts. They not only had the part but took the time to text me pictures of the part. Yes I was able to speak to real person on the phone as well. Not that automated push 1...push2 BS. I needed a transmission for my 2000 4Runner. I was getting crazy quotes from local garages. I found Quality Auto Parts and from the start, communication was excellent. They were able to determine the exact transmission I needed. I had several to choose from and ultimately chose one that was a good combination of price, mileage and distance from my garage (quicker shipping). Works out great and a couple of months into it, the transmission is functioning as it should. I would turn to them again if I need parts in the future.
They knew what they were doing. I had to return another transmission to a different company because it did not fit. It was a lot of work to get it returned. Once I started talking to the rep at Quality, I was sure he knew what he was talking about. (Travis).This was the only place in the country that had the transmission. Price was decent, it was delivered right to the mechanic, where my truck was waiting from the time the other one didn't fit.
