I was at O'Reilly's last night on Stasney in Austin. The employees there are very knowledgeable whereas other automotive companies have not been able to address any issues with a vehicle or apart that was needed other stores besides O'Reillys need to train their employees or higher knowledgeable employees Stephanie in first Street they are the best.

Wonderful shop that helped me get my battery changed very quickly. Ed was respectful, kind, and explained everything to me before installing my battery. He even installed it for me, something I didn’t even expect. Kind and quick service!

Thought I had a low car battery, Totong came out checked the level and confirmed it was low. Instead of immediately trying to upsell we went back inside to see if it was still under warranty. It unfortunately wasn’t so he swapped it out for a new one and patiently replaced the battery on the hot Texas sun even though it was giving him some trouble. Appreciate the support and service extremely grateful!

I've been here at least twice in the last six months. Very friendly AND very courteous service. Totong was great and really expeditious with a battery install. Why go to AZ when you can come here!

I visited this store twice so far the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable special thanks to Dean he is amazing the best guy ever, so detail oriented he go above and beyond helping people and don’t rush things, I would definitely come to this store again highly recommend it.

Went to this location to get our car battery looked at. Dean was absolutely wonderful- super knowledgeable, explained things thoroughly, and even gave us recommendations for better car care overall. Highly recommend! Go in and ask for Dean!

Huge thanks to Raul and Ed at O’Reilly Auto Parts for going above and beyond with their amazing customer service! I originally came in to buy a battery for my car fob, but they ended up helping me with so much more. For 3 hours of their time, they helped me with adding oil, coolant, windshield washer fluid, and even helped me pick out extra supplies to clean and take care of my car. They helped me find places to get an oil change and fix my car key with a locksmith. Their knowledge, patience, and willingness to help truly made a stressful day so much easier. This kind of service is rare. Thank you for everything you do here, your kindness does not go unnoticed.

Dean delivered exceptional customer service and truly went above and beyond. Not only did he take the time to diagnose my battery issue, but he also carefully disassembled and replaced it himself—something most wouldn’t bother to do. What stood out even more was his kindness and character. He told me he has daughters and that he’d hope someone would take care of them the same way. That level of integrity, empathy, and professionalism is rare. Dean’s technical expertise, work ethic, and genuine care for customers make him an irreplaceable asset to the store.

I went in to buy jumper cables. I told Dean what was happening with my car, and he told me I could come back to get my car check for free. I can come and everything passed. He gave me the number a mechanic to check the car for any other issues. Dean was so helpful and kind!

Came here after a blistering experience at Autozone down the street where we left empty-handed and shot down. He even had the audacity to question my dads intelligence. Upon entering O’Reillys, we were brightly greeted by Dean himself. Full of jokes and laughs, we quickly found the part we needed. He even went as far as to supply us with a glove to make sure we have everything we need to change this lightbulb. We will be back and only trust O’Reillys for all our car’s parts. Dean, you’re the man!

I came in to purchase new wiper blades, and some screws for my license plate. Oikee (sorry if I butchered spelling) helped me find the blades right for my car, and the right screws. He installed the blades, and he took the time to show me how, because I requested that. I don’t generally enjoy going to auto shops. This was a nice experience. Thank you. Clean store, average cost

Raymond failed to give us good customer service. Attitude was very sarcastic and rude. When I asked about why he didn’t ask for my number to register my purchase he ripped the receipt out of my hand. He failed to ask for us our number when checking out which is something I personally like to do with every purchase I make in case I buy the wrong item and lose my receipt. Raymond seriously needs a training in how to professionally deal with his customers. Terrible, not coming back here again.

This is my favorite auto store. It is always clean and quiet. You never wait in line more than 5 minutes, IF THAT! And the folks that work here will help you with anything you need. Their customer service is what keeps me coming back. Even when I order online, I prefer to pick it up in the store. They are that far beyond the curve.

This is the best auto parts and service store I could ever imagine. They consistently exceed my expectations, not only with their inventory, but with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. I’ve observed it start at the top by the way the store manager treats his employees with respect, mentorship, and teambuilding. It’s so rare to observe an operation like this these days, but this is my go to place because of it.

I love this store and it's employees! The employees are professional, courteous, super helpful and friendly. I went in looking for seat covers and asked if they would check my windshield wipers, I thought I needed new ones. They said I didn't! I felt really bad because I realized I was interrupting the employees lunch. He said, "don't worry about it, it'll be there when I finish helping you." Huh? Cool!

Service is excellent, knowledge is impeccable, and they go above and beyond. ( I got rear ended a couple months ago and my lights weren't working, plus it was 5 minutes until closing I believe. When I couldn't figure out what the issue was, my plan was to wait until the next day to fix the problem. BUT even though they closed, the two gentlemen came out and helped me fix my lights.) I highly recommend this store particularly.

Huge shout out to Steven! He was so so helpful! He worked with me to figure out the best fit for my bumper and light on my Fiat. Would absolutely come back and ask for him specifically. Highly recommend them 👍

I didn’t get his name but a black gentleman in his 50’s, handsome, tall & very respectful helped me when I came in for a headlight. He was so kind, personable and put my new bulbs in for me in less than 5 min. I wish I would have gotten his name..He was awesome, he embodied the true definition of customer service and showed courtesy and respect to a woman without the “man knows more than woman” vibe or the dreaded creepy guy sexualizing every female customer vibe. Great location too!

This place is solid. Staff knows what they are doing and today they reminded me why I go there when I need auto parts. Needed a new headlamp for the Tundra and they had me covered. While I was watching YouTube for the proper headlamp replacement instructions, the clerk came out and helped me get it replaced easy as pie. Love this place.

I went in today to get some head gasket sealer and I had some questions about the different kinds, the manager Ed that was helping me was absolutely incredible. He immediately called the blue devil company to get a quick answer about something he didn't know, he was happy and friendly, some of the best customer service I've seen. I hope that he stays manager of this location as he certainly knows what he's doing.
