He went out of his way to help me, while I was having technical difficulties… thank you for the amazing tow & service was a HUGE help 247 Towing Austin Highly recommend

We are so incredibly grateful for PJ and 247 towing Austin. We called through insurance and we waited for 3 hours, they showed up and were not able to tow the vehicle. By then it was almost 1 am . We were unfortunately blocking an exit ramp at a hotel so it was a very tough situation. We called 247 towing Austin and they came within 25 minutes and PJ got the vehicle towed and safely and he had the best customer service, he actually cared. If you’re ever in need of a tow please call here for your very first call you will not be disappointed.

Awesome service all around! My car died in the middle of the street and he got here in 20 minutes. I had to have it towed again a few days later from the auto shop to the dealership. He took care of everything without me having to be there. Friendly, professional, reliable, took great care of my car. 5 stars, would highly recommend!

Had a remote pickup from another tow company who dropped off my car at the wrong address… 15 miles further than where they were supposed to drop it off. Locked the key inside the car, making it more difficult for the next tow driver to get it. 247 Towing was a life saver getting it to the right location. Sam (our driver) communicated with me the entire time and made the process easy. So glad he was the one to help us late into the evening as I wouldn’t have been able to sleep otherwise. Excellent service - My truck was stuck on the third floor of my parking garage. I had three tow trucks come prior and none of them were up to the task. 247 got there quicker than any of them and was up for the challenge. Very confidently, yet very carefully got my truck out of the parking garage within 10 minutes and down to their recommended local auto shop, who I will also be using moving forward. Saved my butt on the side of i35 in Austin, on a cold, Friday night with heavy traffic. I had a blow out in my Prius which doesn’t have a spare. Price is very reasonable. Driver was super kind and helpful. He told me 20 minutes for arrival and was there in 20 minutes. Obviously he can’t be 20 minutes for everyone but my experience was that he was honest about his timing and his pricing. Excellent service. Total time to pick me up, load the car, drop the car and me off at discount tire, about 45 minutes. Made a stressful situation way less stressful

Fastest tow service I have ever received! I called at 5 because I had a flat tire right out of work and needed to get it to Discount Tire before 6 Burhan picked up the phone immediately, I told him my situation and he said he would be there in 15-20 mins. I gave him my vehicle info and he was there at 5:25, put my truck on by 5:35 and made it to Discount Tire before they closed. AND it was reasonable pricing! INSANE!! 10/10 would highly recommend!

Young man did an amazing job when above and beyond even let the car because it’s a convertible Toyota let the water drain out of it it’s super hot in June as you know he did a spectacular job.
