The guys at the front desk are just not as good and knowledgeable, compared to employees it previous years, also the parts have become very very cheap made, used to be a lot better back in the day

The Staff are helpful. Even calling by phone the service is excellent! If they don't have a certain part at the location but at another location, they will send the part and let you know what time the part will be available, same day. Awesome!

Called at 7:30 this morning for a car battery, they didn't have it in stock so they ordered it from Newark, we picked it up by 9:00 AM ! Super quick and pleasant to deal with.
The have the part you need ,if they don't have have it ,I'm pretty sure they can find it 👍...for faster service you might want to call first they can tell which warehouse that is close you have what you need

This is the best car parts place on East Coast. The Naamans branch has one of the best leaders working behind the desk and knows pretty much everything there is to cars to know whats needed for your cars repair and the general process of repairing it. They almost never get a part wrong for matching them up. They are an incredible group of guys and when I was fixing my car as a beginner Rich was an integral part of it.
Love the professionalism. Their parts are very reasonable compared to any auto shop. I save over $400 by buying my parts here and just paying for labor.

This place has a wide range of parts for your car new old doesn't matter they're very much cheaper than all the other stores cuz a lot of the factory dealers get their parts from these people so you get them cheaper. And they also have great staff

The counter reps are efficient but that doesn't really change that the customers are not. So wait times are kinda long at times. Once I was at the counter for my pre-ordered parts I was out the door in 45 seconds.
Took a point off for visibility and parking. I could see a slightly better layout with the existing set up and lot.

Went to exchange an altinator that had a lifetime warranty but I didn't have the original receipt. The gentleman at the counter was beyond helpful and helped me get squared away. He said "they're all about customer service" and it definitely showed.
