I've only delt with the parts counter, they're a friendly helpful team that has knowledge on what you need. Unlike the New Jersey locations that I pass to go here. If they don't have the part you need most likely they will within 24 hours.

Promised to get my truck fixed in a timely manner it needed a new fuse and they kept it for 25 days ! A $23 fuse they charged me $780 they lie to you so you take your truck there and charge crazy money! I'd never use them again!
This place is amazing, very professional in every way.I had to get a DOT inspection I went to TA first they shorted out all my lights, I came here and they fixed it.They redid the Dot inspection and my side panel was hanging they failed it due to safety I was glad they showed concerns for safety. I won’t take my truck anywhere else but Bergeys in New Castle the service mgr name is Andrew he is amazing.
This place was so amazing and the shop Forman James D Lilly went out of his way to make sure my tractor was working properly. He even assisted on finding information on how to do basic things while I was over the road. I give them a 10 star rating.
Very good experience. James the shop manager kept me informed and did not give up on my problem, when he could not find the problem with my pto. He told me he would look into it more the next day and he did then called my shop manager and told me to stop in when I got a chance he wanted to try a couple things. sure enough he got me fixed up

This Location is One of the Best if not The Best Truck Seller and Repairer in The Country. I have been Dealing with this Location for 2 Years now for Repairs/ Maintenance and they Haven't Failed me Yet. My Trucks are well Taking Care of at this Location and to be Honest I don't Trust my Trucks at Any other Shop but Here. Mr. John, Mr. Fyzal and Mr. James have always Taking Great Care of me along with they're Great Service Techs who are Very Skilled. I Really Appreciate Those Guys Most Because without them there wouldn't have Been No Flo BoY Transport Llc. Thanks Guys
Bergey's Volvo in New Castle is one of the finest shops I've had to utilize in my career. The staff checked out my trucks issues and gave me a ball park estimate when they have a shop that's backed up for a month. Jim and Fiezel were very knowledgeable and helpful. Great Customer service! I have been a customer since 1989 ( when it was Harvey Mack) Bergey's has made it better. Bought New trucks, had service and buy parts daily since I am restoring a 2004 CV713, Bill Smith in service has been super helpful with my New 2019 GU and has answered many questions regarding my restoration process, he always goes out of his way to be helpful. Everyone in the parts department is great, especially Larry, Mike and Rich. Larry has gone above the call of duty to help me with some difficult parts to find. Jim Whitlock in sales has always been a super salesman and a down right good person. Keep up the good work guys!
This is 1 of my favourite place to take my truck now. I was here 1st time had some issue with my truck. The guy i met first was really helpful then TYLER fixed my truck. I was in and out in 2 hrs . This place have certified mechanic (Tyler) for 2hr repair thing. They saved my time and load. If you have any issue go see tyler. He is really nice guy. People work here have knowledge and know what to do exactly which save alot of time.
Great people who did a great job on our truck. Service was phenomenal, very friendly, always answered every phone call, truck was done on time as they projected and the cost was actually lower than their estimate. One of the best experiences we've had as a company dealing with any business. Highly recommended.
This is not a “you need us more than we need you” type of shop. Friendly, knowledgeable and timely service all around. These guys understand your time is valuable. Highly recommended.
I went in for repairs on my rig, the service was great & the people were nice & wonderful. I didn't have or leave with the feeling of being ripped off. I will take my rig back for any future repairs.
Friendly service. But a bit pricey for minor repairs. Expect to pay an arm and a leg here. Your bill will definitely be 2 or 3 times higher than any repair shop anywhere in the North East. I don't think they care whether you come back or not. Feels like a ripoff.
As far as Volvo Truck places go, these guys are very good. Unlike most Volvo places I've come across in the past 25 yrs, these guys almost always answer the phone, almost always have the part I need and , best of all, they usually don't break anything while repairing my truck. Not to mention (but I will) they are located just across the street from my job, heheehe.
This place used to be the worst when it was Harvey Mack. Nothing has changed except for the name. Had a truck in there to get serviced and they charged me for 3 tubes of grease and the labor to grease the truck and it was never ever greased. You could still see the dirt on the fittings that were never touched. If I could give anyone some good advice, avoid this place and Mack Trucks like the plague.
Fantastic service and follow through. We have ten years experience with different truck brands and shops. This shop took the extra time. Listened to us and did a really impressive job!
I tried this dealership for several service issues I was having w/a Volvo. They ignored 90% of what I'd told them. They blew off a number of clear problems like they just didn't feel like doing the work. These would've been warranty repairs. The two items they did "Fix" were totally botched. After wasting more than five hours there, I took my keys, & left this stealership in disgust.
I've been driving big trucks for decades. This rat hole is beyond a doubt, the worst dealership I've ever been to. AVOID.
After visiting this Volvo dealership, and unfortunately many others along the East Coast, I can honestly say that this is the best overall shop I've been in. They look for ways to get you going at the best pricing. Also, they do what they say! I would bypass other shops, and tow my truck here if need be, for this service.
