I bought a sweet Audi A3 from here almost 5 years ago, and it is still with me to this day. The best way I can put this is it doesn't matter where you go to buy a car. You can go to the best dealer there is and get a terrible car, and you can go to the worst dealer and get a fantastic car. Shop smart, do your research, and you can get a really great deal from this place. I still come by and poke around because some rare/unique cars pass through here sometimes (like this 6speed 2.0t Audi wagon)

Before going to purchase vehicle I read the reviews about buying car from them. Trust me don't deal with them the first problem is the horrible & unprofessional service you will get from Judy. The attorney general s office needs to fully investigate them for misrepertation they say the gotta contact the owner of the vehicle to make a deal they definitely erase codes and lie to customers.Thus don't get involved with them. 💯💯💯

Terrible customer service, asked multiple times for additional pictures and was told they couldn't take any of under the chasis and also didnt send the other location(engine).My guess is they're hiding something wrong with the vehicle. Wouldn't recommend "but we also offer a traditional used dealership experience for those of you not looking for the Auction environment" ^^Direct quote from your website. It's a courtesy you did not extend to me hence the poor review.

I did buy a car from them,but not the one I went down to initially buy. Prices are low. Milage is high. I originally went to buy a Mazda I liked. I had certain criteria like air conditioning and sun roof. They should have told me the Mazdas air conditioning did not work and neither did the sun roof. I looked at a couple other. One was an 02 Solera. The inside is awesome. It runs great. It may need a battery and tires in the fall, but a good handling car. Even though it's white. Lol.

I bought a nissan rouge from here, I love their services. The staffs are cool, i forgot the name of the guy that helped me and my wife, (maybe Steve). He was awesome. The rouge is doing good. My wife love it. I recommend them.

"Uncle steve" was very helpful and professional. With covid finding our teen a reliable used car was a challenge. We finally ended up at DPA2 and they had plenty to offer in our price range. We ended up buying both kids a car that day and are very pleased with our purchases our sales man was wonderful and very personable. Would not hesitate to go back in the future.

Went to purchase a car that I saw on facebook marketplace. Car was an okay deal and had the features I wanted. Drove 35 minutes to the place just to be told they sold that car 4 days ago, but I texted them yesterday asking about the car and they said that they have it and it is available. Got to the establishment and when I was told the car was not available we looked around at other cars in the price range, found a similar car and when they gave me the keys to start it up and look under the hood, the car refused to start, shortly after the woman helping us asked to get a jump for the car but I’ve already made up my mind about this place. If you purchase a car from here and it starts on the lot you are lucky, and you most likely won’t get far down the road until you need to tow it to the junkyard. Do not go here to get a vehicle you will be disappointed with the Bait and Switch going on at this establishment.

Purchased a vehicle from here for $5300 $5800 in total after buyer fees. Not only was I coincidentally not offered the standard warranty that comes with ALL sold vehicles that covers the engine and transmission my car was diagnosed by the dealership and found to have extreme transmission issues! They offered to “beat the price” for a mechanic and labor IF they could. Which is a big IF. But I still would be responsible for the repairs. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE THEY SELL BAD CARS AND ARE CHEATS.

I made a cash offer for a 2004 BMW 330i on the dealer’s website (has a make an offer option) and provided my email address. I heard no response whatsoever from the dealer. After almost a week with no response, I then went back on the dealer’s website and went to their chat option. I was told that a manager would be in contact with me. Again, I heard no response from the dealer. Regardless of whether they wanted to accept, decline, or counter my offer, it is only basic courtesy to respond when a customer makes an offer. It should also be noted that this dealer is open and operating. Very unprofessional and discourteous.

I went here for a new car after being in a bad spot, financially and personally. The sales associate Salena went ABOVE AND BEYOND any person I have ever dealt with. I went to dpaa2 and I just love the Sales advisor Steven Lloyd. My daughter cane here he was very informative he was very positive and honest with my daughter. He showed her several cars he was very patient ! He has an amazing attitude I would definitely refer other people to him to buy a car! Kudos Steven

Purchased a car a month ago, before I got out of the lot, the engine light came on. I immediately showed the tech. He said all I needed was a gas cap. Was not allowed to return to window to purchase warranty. Car has had a tune up, transmission tune up, all new engine coils and air conditioning work and they cannot determine why the engine light comes on and off and the air cannot stay cold. I am very disgusted. I spent 3,000. on a lemon. I will never go there again. IF YOU BUY A CAR THERE, MAKE SURE YOU PURCHASE WARRANTY AND THEN SOME!!!!!!!!

Just bought a car from Steve— the process was stress-free, no pressure and very informative. I let Steve know my values, and he helped me pick out a vehicle that was best for my budget. I’m walking away with a much nicer car than I thought I could afford. I’ll come again the next time my family needs a car.

Although, I walked away from the auction, not a "winner" of a vehicle at a price I was looking for, I do have to say it was still a great experience. I went on a Thursday auction, Friday normal sales day, and a Saturday auction. The experience was consistent across the board, where you had smiling, polite workers willing to help you, with regard to your varied auction questions as well as vehicle questions. There were many vehicles to look at as well as browse. On the auction days you are given ample time to check the vehicles out 2 hours prior to the actual auction. The flow of the auction is smooth and at times humorous, where the employee's attempt to get the crowd engaged, even on a cold dreary day. The vehicles flow through the bidding section quickly and just as quickly leave, but with heavy regard for safety, especially with the children who come to the invent. ( I especially liked their concern for safety). I wanted to give a shout out to all the people I spoke to at the location, I believe one to be the owner? but the one I remember the most was Angel, as he provided consistent, unwavering support, honesty ( something rare in most establishments anymore) and help when ever requested. Over all, again a great experience!

Perfect place to get you a Financed car!! My brother got one, and i got one! Both were able to pay cars in a reasonable time! And get great cars! Of anything thing wrong with it before you buy, it gets fixed, and they work with you if you need a co signer!!! It was even times where i had to put things on hold. And they was more then helpful.

My husband and I experience was not good @ all. We thought everything was going to be good then 24 hours after having the car the engine light came on. Now we trying to figure out what the hell we going to do. For a Outlook already paid 1800 in the car had it less than a month. I’m pretty good with trying to give people the benefit of the doubt . But was told anything with the Engine would be covered under the warranty. But apparently the timing chain is not and it’s going to cost well over 2000 to get fix. On top of buying a condo , having a baby soon this has been very overwhelming on my family . We need a car because I travel pretty far for work. I never endured this type of experience ever. My husband tried his best to reach out but no response and nothing can be done. Unfortunately we don’t have the money to just pay over 2000 after putting in 1800 already. I should had trusted my gut and just wait until my 6 months @ my job which is this month to go to a dealer . Luck was not on our side. And all honesty these people can care less once you drive off the lot.

I bought a used car at a Great price in mint condition. Even though it had a misfire, I knew I could fix it, which I did for less then $150 in parts from eBay. Brought to my mechanic and he installed the parts. The auctioneer is very good as well as the entire sales team. Very nice, polite, and vrry understanding staff. No high sales pitch. No car payments know either.

I am in the middle of purchasing a 2005 BMW X5 from them. I did finance through the company, and I was told that I was approved with a $500 deposit and the rest due when I picked up my vehicle. However, I'm still not in the vehicle. When I first called to inquire about the process, I was told it takes 2 days because the car has to be evaluated by the in-house mechanic. Steven(salesman) informed me that it would take 5 days to complete the entire process. I'm 3 days in, and I have to take the initiative to call and check on the process of my vehicle. Although, I know that I am not the only customer and this place is super busy, I wish the communication and check-out process is handled differently. Right now, it seems as if I lost 500 bucks. On another note, Steven is patient and understood my apprehensions with this purchase, as I reside Clinton, MD and I have never purchased a car through a 3rd party. I JUST WANT MY CAR!!!!!! Guess I will find out on Saturday, which will make the 5th day of this very long process.

I bid on a vehicle and put down a $100 dollar (thank goodness not the $500 required) went to the bank came back with full payments only to find out the car is a stick shift. I clearly explained to the manager that I wasn't aware the car was a stick shift prior to bidding on it - I do not know how to drive a shift and that I am willing to purchase another vehicle. He basically said " too bad it's your responsibility to know what you are bidding on and my money was not transferable nor non refundable". I was really upset for losing my $100 dollars, but thank goodness I was able to get another vehicle at a non auction, dealership for a fraction of the price a newer model and 10000 miles lesser. Don't get tricked with The word "Auction" I suggest if you are looking for a car shop around do not get tricked by those profesional crocks.
