Had a boxtruck shipped to va. From deleware 300$ never even looked at truck in person and when I got it was surprised great truck really put myself out there doing that and matt Griffith at Bayshore was the best that place is legit would highly recommend

ASK FOR JUSTIN ! , Usually I don’t leave reviews but he sure does deserve one after the experience I went through with Justin. Ofc I pulled into the dealership expecting to buy something. Instead of Justin just selling you something. He points you in the right direction. He listens to yours needs he’s finds what you’re looking for. He doesn’t rush no process everything was done correctly. Justin doesn’t just wanna sell you a truck he wants to make sure you’re 100% satisfied. Trucks are also at very affordable prices that u can’t find deals like this anywhere else especially for the condition they’re in. If there ain’t a way Justin will make sure there is ! U can definitely count on this guy. Plenty of hidden perks as well if you go through him I couldn’t be anymore satisfied. Thankyou Justin !
Don't trust Chuck! Spent $100k+ on a brand new F650. Turns out the liftgate was wired incorrectly and needed to be repaired multiple times within the first year of ownership. The first time, the repair was covered in full under warranty (~$100 repair). The second time I was told that it wasn't covered by warranty, that Ford didn't do the wiring, and the gist of the response was "not my problem." Severely disappointed. It's only another ~$100 repair on a $100k truck. I would think that Chuck would value his reputation more than that after promising to stand behind his products. If he lied about that, what else did he lie about? I would recommend steering clear of this dealership.

Justin the salesman was a very professional and impressive salesman, helping me ensure that the transaction was as smooth as possible. The truck being as-is, I was able to inspect the vehicle throughly to my liking and test drive the truck as well to ensure its smooth operations.
I went to this place because of great reviews. Justin the salesman was great!!! On the other hand this freightliner I bought from them is absolutely a piece of junk !!!!! Always something wrong with it to much money and down time. I will never buy from there again!!! 1st time customer and last for sure. Good luck if you buy that junk !!!!
I brought my truck in for service Monday for a nox sensor. My service advisor Nicole was very helpful and got me right in. My truck is running great thank you Nicole and Bayshore mechanics . I will be back in the future .
We bought a 26 foot box truck from Justin. Let me tell you this guy went way above and beyond helping us. When there were some issues that we found with the truck after we received the truck Justin didn't hesitate to take care of us. He even drove the truck from their service center back to our shop. You can't find that kind of customer service anywhere nowadays. Will definitely shop here first before going anywhere else and will definitely recommend all that ask to shop here!
