Called for a part, they said they had it in stock so I drove over to buy it and pick it up. Told me they didn't have it in stock when I got there and every staff member denied saying they spoke with me on the phone even though I confirmed I had called the correct store phone number in person. Even called the number while in the store and they picked up. Manager was no help.

I needed help today because i failed dmv inspection due to a missing luggage nut. The dmv employee was very nasty to me during the entire inspection process. The people at Autozone , especially the lady today, were full of compassion and helpful as possible. Thank you for your kindness today.

Worst autozone in the area; I went to pick up a part there because the first autozone store that I went to didn’t have but they told me this store had it in stock; the lady in the front needed help and went to talk to another person in the back (the manager, I’m assuming) he didn’t want to spend time looking for the part and literally heard him say to the lady -just tell him we don’t have it!

Went there for wiper blades. They done a good job picking the blades for my car however, one was defected and they swapped it out for store credit. The issue was there attitude and tone gave a impression that I was bothering them and a burden. Don’t work there if you lost patience with people.

I came on my lunch to purchase windshield wipers and Shaeron was a tremendous help from helping me select them,checking me out and putting them on. I travel outside of the city to go to the autozone on Dupont highway becasue of the great service I recieve.

I called before going, spoke with a guy who sure we could help with the diagnostic test. Upon arrival, I spoke with a guy, explained what was going on. He grabbed a battery charger, he then said it's not reading, he then walked away, went inside and started helping someone else. I asked another person who came and did the diagnostic test, he printed me out the results. Which said I needed a ignition coil. I took my car to the dealership and was told I need a camshaft.

In and out, nothing super remarkable. Just needed a lug nut since somehow one of my wheels was missing one. The cashier found me what I was looking for pretty quickly. Solid service and also not too far from DMV if you failed inspection like I did and need to quickly grab something

Rashawn was very helpful! The store didn’t have the exact item needed to help me out so he called over to another nearby store to make sure they had the part needed and the time to help me out.

I stopped in this morning and the store was empty of customers. After checking the rack for a socket set that was listed "in stock" online, I stood by the register for help confirming stock and finding it. It took forever for someone to come around, and I got blank stares when I described what I was looking for. He told me that I could find it where I said I already looked. He then lazily punched in the wrong search terms and scrolled through the results, asking me to point out what I was looking for. I even tried to search their computer myself, but no luck. Since I had to get on with my day, I ended up paying more for a larger socket set I didn't need, since it was clear nobody on staff wanted to help. I could also smell weed in the store...totally not appropriate during work hours, and it explains the staff's sluggishness and unwillingness to help. I recommend finding another auto parts store, especially if there's any chance you need something more complicated than antifreeze, wiper fluid, or an air freshener.

Came here today 7-19-24 around 7:30pm-8:00 pm just asked the young guy could he do a battery test on my vehicle he said they were short staffed and could I come back tomorrow which the store was empty. I Drove all the way to Lancaster avenue in Wilmington the young came right out and test my battery and I purchased one for my car with no problems drove out my way for better service thanks Lancaster avenue auto zone.

I had great customer service. Starr was very kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough. She walked me through the entire process of my concern, giving additional knowledge and experience during the process. She even went out her way to ask another rep to confirm what she already knew, before finalizing my transaction. She also came out side to assist me, and another available service rep came to support. I would recommend this location.

I visit autozone at 800 N DuPont Highway Newcastle De 19720 11/27/23 and was greeted by Steph B. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I even made a complaint to her about service I received in the store Sunday 11/26/23 she was very attentive and understanding and made me feel like my voice was heard. She’s great 👍🏼 I would like to give her a shot out.

I can not express my gratitude from the help I had received at this autozone. The employees are honestly so welcoming and they never fail to help me and If they cant help, they go and find a way to be able to provide me information on how to help me fix my problem. If it wasn't for this auto zone, Melanie and Tobias especially, i honestly don't know where I would be probably still broke down in the parking lot. Thanks again, guys ! You guys are awesome! Keep up the hard work

The staff is so helpful and quick with completing our orders. This is our go to store for autoparts and needs. Star the store manager is very knowledgeable ans runs a great team of the same caliber associates. The inventory has gotten so much better since she has gotten there. I give them 5 stars....

Had to get New wiper blades for my truck . The staff there was excellent. Nice lady actually put the wiper blades on for us. It was really raining she still put them on I felt bad so I had an umbrella held it overtop do she wouldn't get wet . Overall very satisfied

I was being helped by associate Starr D she took her time to give me information on the wiper blades l needed explaining why there is a difference in cost and took the time to put them on for me. The first time me and friend arrived to the store everyone was nice and helped with what we needed. Upon returning to the store to get new brake pads, they would us someone’s old brake pads. It’s too late to go back and when we tried to call before 10 no one answered. How do you not check your own product?

The guy in there was very helpful, courteous and polite. His customer service was great and his knowledge was great. I didn't get his name, but he was the older gentlemen with the gray. If you are there make sure he helps you 👍👍👍

Poor customer service. Just needed 1 item and had to wait until everyone's smoke break was over. I had been told by 3 different employees that, "someone will be with you." Store was nice tho, clean and presentable. I found exactly what I needed within about 2 minutes.

I had a wonderful experience today at Auto Zone. I initially asked a young lady to help me figure out how to put on my wiper blades. She in turn went to get me some help. Even thought it is a little cold outdoors, Mark was more than willing to help me figure it out. He did not complain and he did not even have on any gloves. I just want everyone to know this really brightened my day to have such great service. Thank you Mark (G) (I think that was his last name initial). Wonderful customer service.

Had a great experience with the Sales Manager in training. Believe his name was Tim or Tom. Helped me, without asking, put refrigerant in my car in a 100 degree day. Realized the product was a bit defective so he replaced with a better product. Took a lot of time to speak with me too. Best service I've had in a long time. Thank you.

I needed a new battery and Emilio C. was awesome. He took the time to explain the different batteries offered, to make sure we were choosing the correct one for my car, as well as going as far as offering to install it and installing it quickly. What a blessing! There is a manager here by the name of Lucelles who displayed the professionalism that every Delaware business should possess. I had a very pleasant experience with this business because he valued me as a customer. I also observed him giving the same respect and courtesy to other customers. Wow!
