Tire warning light came on. Took us right away. They couldn't find anything wrong. Filled up with air no charge.

Worst experience ever! Got there a little after 2, we were towed there off the freeway coming from out of town 6 hours away. We already knew all we needed was the bolt. A job that takes 5 minutes once the tire is off. Sat there for 2 hours while they sat around. Only one person was working on vehicles while the others aimlessly walked around. I sat there patiently until I got up and asked can someone just take the tire off to ensure it’s just the bolt. Mind you there were 3 guys standing there while one person checked in battery deliveries. No time management and frankly I felt like it was done intentionally. They claimed they couldn’t find the part and they called local stores such as AutoZone etc. however when we called the same store they had the bolt. We took an UBER to pick up the bolt returned and they put it on for us. Needless to say we left at 5 for a job that should’ve taken 5 minutes. Afterwards I asked the manager how much would a tire be for the car and he responded with great question and never looked into it. Check the cameras. He continued his conversation with his colleague. He missed a sale. Nobody wants to actually work at that location and that time I was literally the only customer there. They weren’t busy. I was kind and left tips however the service was horrible. No les importan sus clientes!!!!

Everything went very smoothly with my son's 2015 Nissan Sentra David was very professional and nice and explained everything that was going down with the car

These guys are honest, fast, and good at what they do. They treat their customers with respect too. My fourth time there because I am having bad luck running over nails and screws and I have to say all good experiences. Car problems cause me a lot of anxiety and mostly it's from past bad experiences at other places. Now I feel better knowing I have a place to go.

Made an appointment for an oil change and still had to wait 2 hours. No complimentary coffee at this location. Oil light came on within a month after my visit and it’s not the first time. Low washer fluid light came on the day after my visit, confirming they didn’t fill that up either. For an $85 charge, I was clearly ripped off at this location. Go elsewhere.

I had them replace 2 batteries. One was wrong. I took it to another shop who knew what they were doing and had the corrective measures done. Called the Manager and asked if he would refund the batteries as one was wrong and the other would not hold a charge. Initially he said yes. When I explained I was having the work done elsewhere he said he would only return one, and talk to his Manager on the other. That call happened on 10/20/25. Called 2 days later and the Manager was unavailable so I left a message with someone familiar with the situation. Called again on 10/24/25, no call back. Took the batteries on 10/26/25 to this location which looked like a ghost town as they appeared almost to be closed. I asked the service writer for the manager and was told he was on vacation. Service writer couldn't or wouldn't refund the batteries, so I just left them there. When I asked why the place looked so slow, the service writer said all but one technician quit. No big surprise considering how I was treated. I was a GM for auto dealerships for 25 years. If I had a store manager like this working for me, he would be in the NFL! I am not refering to football, but NOT FOR LONG! Absolute poor client service and I will never go back there for anything. I hope the "managers" Manager reads ths review. He deserves it.

Johann and his crew attended me very kindly and got me in and out of the shop pretty swiftly! I went in for two new tires & took less than 2 hours. (Mind you, there was two people in front of me) I always recommend my friends to check this location out. They never disappoint 😊

Hello I’m a local guy around Newcastle I can honestly say this Firestone location is a great place to take your vehicle , great employees that work there wanna give a special thanks to Johann I believe he is the manager there. You Sir helped me out with my truck . Every question I had he was able to answer in a way I could honestly understand what they were gonna do to my truck well mannered and professional so thank you again . I’ve always been Skeptical about who works on my vehicle but I trust these guys so 10/10 overall with this location. Go see Johann he’ll make you feel comfortable about the work that will be provided to you .

These guys were super easy to deal with and they did an awesome job. Don't want a car payment and new tires constantly so I plan on coming every 6 months. Just pay once and get the lifetime alignment plan! They're great

I booked an appointment online to have a tire replaced on August 11th at 11. I dropped my car off at 11 and was told it would be ready by 3:30. At 3 I called the location to get an update and my car was still not ready. I called again at 5 something and was told that my car was next up in the bay. I called again at 6:30 and was told that they were unable to get to my car. My options were to pick it up and bring it back or leave it overnight. I decided to go pick my vehicle up and bring it back the following day. I was told that it would be one of the first cars worked on. On August 12th I dropped my car back off at 8:15. It is now 2:30 and I just picked my car up. There is no excuse at all for the amount of time that it took to change one tire. Not only that the tire that I originally wanted that was advertised as in stock was not in stock so I had to spend even more than what I expected. I had better hopes for Firestone but it was big disappointment.

They always do an excellent job diagnosing and rectifying the problems. I always get discounts. I greatly appreciate their outstanding work. I will definitely come here for all of my car needs. I am also grateful for the Firestone Credit Card, so I can pay for the car repair bill in payments.

I had a very disappointing experience with the service here. Despite having an appointment for an oil change at 11am by 2pm my car had not even been touched and was still sitting in the same spot where I left it. I noticed several people who arrived well after me had their vehicles serviced and completed before mine. It wasn’t until I approached the front desk to ask about the delay that they realized my car hadn’t even been looked at. The lack of organization and communication was frustrating, especially for a scheduled appointment. I won’t be back.

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt less like a chain store and more like a trusted neighborhood shop—warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. What really stood out to me was the service, especially from Johann. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the process. Johann took the time to explain my options, didn’t pressure me into unnecessary add-ons, and treated me with the kind of respect and attentiveness you rarely see these days. The whole team worked efficiently, but still took the time to do things right. I left with my new tires installed and complete peace of mind, thanks to how thorough and personable the service was. Great service and knowledgeable ! Stopped in for a simple oil change on my Corolla. Service was fast and they fit me in without an appointment. The guy at the front who helped me was Johann and after the work was done he also explained a few things I may need in the future to keep up with maintenance on my car. I would highly recommend this place.

Gage took my phone call. Very down to earth, friendly and helpful! I called in after picking up some fresh tires elsewhere and was calling around for good install prices. Super affordable tire install (they’re about $10 cheaper than pepboys at the time of this review) and they even top off fluids (included) and checked my brakes. Gage also did the install. Whole team I interacted with were pleasant and friendly! I can tell everyone here gets along and communicates well with each other. I was told they were a little short staffed but I couldn’t tell. As a walk in customer I’m just happy they could take me :) I got here 6 minutes after calling in. Jeremy is who helped me when I arrived. Very clear and friendly customer service. I felt at home right away and this was my first time here. There were a few people waiting when I arrived so didn’t expect to have the car done quickly. Johann assisted me for the rest of my time here. Super friendly and charismatic. Helped me get some prices for future reference. He also helped me understand all the services available here as I inquired about various things. Overall I would definitely recommend this location for anyone. It is mid to late afternoon on a Thursday. For reference. They got me in relatively quickly and were always available to help even while juggling phone calls and other customers walking in. Thank you Gage, Jeremy and Johann!

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!!! Come in and meet the new staff! The first impression you will get is honesty! I am very happy with the professionalism of the entire staff at this Firestone. Quality mechanics with up-to-date knowledge, and years of experience! Repairs include anything from a flat tire to engine rebuilding. Prices are fair and reasonable! It's so nice to know that I can trust someone to take care of my car so I don't have to worry when I'm on the road. Give yourself some peace of mind! Just had an excellent experience. I bought new shoes aka 4 tires for my new Mini Coop. They carried run flats in stock. I was in and out in 2 hrs and they checked the rest of my car for issues. Marcus, Dillon & the Manager Brian we’re so friendly & informative. I’ll definitely return to service my other vehicle.
