I’ve been working with Waste Masters for the last 2 years and couldn’t be happier with the service, drivers and customer service ladies. Every time I call the office I get an actual person without having to hit prompts. The customer service ladies are pleasant and extremely helpful. I’ve used many other trash companies and Waste Masters is by far the very best!!

Fantastic customer service experience with Jessica Remick at Waste Masters! Needed help swapping out 10yr old containers. She took the time to coordinate the replacement around snow storms and waiting for power-washing. Great communication and follow-up, and most importantly, everything went as planned. Our company signed a contract with them 6/1/2020 in that contract they capped the % increase at 5% for the first 3 years. 2nd year 5% increase 3rd year 8% increase but only for 6 months they then decided to change the contract term mid way thru at 6 months and increased my rate another 18.5% increase on top of the 8% increase already added. 4th, 5th & now 6th year they have increased anywhere from 9-11% (which original manager said it would never be more then 8% bc “they value their loyal customers”. Being pretty big company i didn’t take notice to this and when i needed an extra pick up a week they wanted to increase by bill from $935 to almost $1400. Never once did they put in writing the price increase as their contract states they will and being on auto pay they just did as they pleased. I called Evergreen they quoted me for $450 a month for 3xs a week trash & 1x a week recycling. I have WM first right of refusal they were willing to do same pick up amounts for $470 and the increase pick up I think mid $600 (don’t quote me). So moral of this story is when they sell you on “we take care of our loyal customers and ONLY do the increase we absolutely have to” know this isn’t true. If your willing to lower our newly charged amount from $935 to $470 then you could have been doing this all along. The new manager Anthony is very difficult to deal with and is down right rude when he doesn’t get his way. He’s trying to go back to original contract June date and hold us liable until June even though they switched that 2.5 years into it. If your looking for good service check out Evergreen, they don’t add all the extra fees into the contract like Waste Masters does.

Our company has been doing business with Waste Masters since 2011. They have been an outstanding vendor to deal with. They are professional and always try to accommodate the customer. All of their representatives are friendly and do a great job. Their drivers are top notch and go out of their way to get the job done. While there are several choices for waste services, I definitely recommend dealing with this company!! Keep up the amazing work!
Updated 02/06/2026...Up until our last days in business, we used Waste Masters as our waste hauler. I'm going to miss dealing with all of the folks at Waste Masters. However, I'd like to give a special shout out to Jessica Remick for putting up with me over the past several months. I have been using waste masters for my business for the past 9 years now. this comes after using waste managment and republic services for years . but iam so glad we made the change and went with waste masters . waste masters they are professional and they do anything they can to make things easy on customers and very helpful. they also pickup on time never late . This is the best waste company we've dealt with in 40 years of our business! Kelly Riale is our account rep and she is amazing. From the initial call, to the contract, to the courtesy of their drivers, every interaction with Waste Masters has been top notch. Any waste company can pick up your trash but it's the customer service that sets this company apart. The few times we needed help, we called the office and our issues were resolved the first time with no run around. We even had a driver who got out of his truck to pick up a piece of trash that flew out of the dumpster while dumping it. We're happy we found Waste Masters.

From the start, their dispatcher and sales representative (Amanda, David, and Linda) have been outstanding with communication, making scheduling simple and stress-free. Every detail was clearly explained, and any adjustments were handled quickly and professionally.
The drivers also deserve recognition — they are reliable, timely, and consistently provide smooth and effective drop-offs. Their professionalism and clear communication on-site have made our operations much easier.

These people are extremely unreasonable. I’ve had their trash service at two locations for 13 years. I got a much better offer from another trash service. They will not let me leave with out paying a huge penalty. Also there contracts are quite confusing on how to stop service. I wouldn’t recommend them .
On my drive to work I pass alot of Trash Trucks and the workers and drivers are very inconsiderate of the travelers on the road. This morning I came upon a Waste Masters truck and the driver was very considerate. He allowed traffic to pass safely before dumping the cans. This in my opinion is a top notch way to be when driving such a large vehicle !!! Awesome Company !!!
In April damage was done to our building from the dumpsters. This was caught on footage but because it dark at night, the ownership is refusing to help rectify the solution saying there is doubts. Meanwhile nothing else could have had this kind of impact. Their lack of communication, professionalism & resolution is truly not what is expected in service. Please beware.
Follow up- After posting this review, the management did reach out and fix the gutter. Moving this from 1 star to 3.
Had a great experience with our driver Justin, he stopped in our parking lot when the automatic gate malfunctioned and would not close behind him. Took ownership even though it wasn't his fault and made sure someone called in and we knew about it before he drove to his next pickup. An exemplary representation of the company. WasteMasters has in my experience operated more out of a relationship than just the transactional way you might normally interact with a bigger widespread company, you won't regret working with them!

Where do I start? After inheriting a house previously owned by borderline hoarders, I went to Waste Masters for a "solution". They were able to guide me through the process of selecting the right dumpster, understanding the billing process, and of course delivery and pick up. Jessica R. and Ashley S. have been super-helpful and responsive! I've greatly appreciated their support in this endeavor as I'm now on my 3rd residential dumpster.

Just wanted to say with all the frustrations of a large Contruction job dumpster service is a very vital part of our projects. I really wanted to say that I have never met a more respectful responsible helpful patient dumpster driver than I have had the pleasure of working with. He goes by the name of James and goes above and beyond what your average person let alone dumpster driver does. And wanted to show appreciation for what he does and he deserves at least that. I have called multiple times to file a complaint against a driver. I have left several messages and was told the director of operations would call me back but that was almost a week ago. Still waiting for a response. I would never want this employee representing my company. Poor professionalism as well as communication. I have even left a voicemail on someone’s direct cell and still no call back.
I usually do not do reviews, but I felt that it was necessary to share my experience I had with Waste Masters Solutions. First I got right through to customer service, no wait times no prompts to hit to get to a certain department, the rep was very professional and knowledgeable. The renovation was already started at my home and I was able to get a roll off the same exact day WOW. The driver arrived and was very friendly and placed it exactly where the contractors needed it for easy access. Thank you for you hard work. I will certainly recommend to friends and family!
I can not express how satisfied I am with Waste Masters. The driver was wonderful and courteous and always within the time frame we agreed upon when scheduling. From start to finish, everything was professionally handled with all communications. I plan on using them again in the future.

I am thoroughly impressed with Waste Masters! They handled our often difficult requests without batting an eye. They bent over backwards to accomodate us at every turn. Just when I thought we were asking too much of them, they asked what else they could do to make our move successful. Moving an entire business is never easy but with Waste Masters there to help with all the major trash/recycling requirements it was much smoother than any of us anticipated!
