Switched from another provider who went downhill quickly. Evergreen was thorough and prompt over the phone and switching of service was seamless. Their cans were delivered the next day. On top of that, they pic up both trash and recycling each week.

Evergreen Waste values their customers. They are on time, every time in my weekly trash pickup. That's a big plus. They charge a fair price. I have had to call and Brianna has been extremely helpful. I appreciated her. It's great when you can get a person to answer! Highly recommend Evergreen Waste.

Evergreen Waste Services is the BEST!! Air, reliable, dependable efficient, and extremely customer Friendly. I spoke to Brianna today, and she was absolutely wonderful. She answered my questions and reiterated for me why I use Evergreen. They are locally owned company that offers “Live” Customer Service. My father recently had a quadruple heart bypass and pneumothorax surgery done on him after suffering a heart attack and stents not being an option. Needless to say, the past couple of months have been devastating for us. We've always paid on time until now and we had set up a payment arrangement with this company. Because we paid on the actual due date which causes it to pend while it processes, they take it as non-payment until it clears. Fifty dollars mind you. For this, my father has a loaded trash can sitting out front of his house as he's unable to carry to and from, it is a lot on him right now so I stop by each week for him. Evergreen basically told him to pound sand and too bad as far as them intentionally not taking his trash today. The lady on the phone acted as if no payment arrangement was ever made. This has caused him a lot of heart ache, pun is not intended whatsoever..I just want to thank evergreen for treating a disabled person with complications like trash..pun also not intended. Its much appreciated. Of course he won't write a review out of fear of retaliation and them continuing to give him a hard time, looking for any reason not to take the trash. So over fifty dollars and a payment that is what I'd surmise is a day late, being as it was paid on the due date from his bank account (not debit), and is processing. Thanks again evergreen for treating people with respect and kindness. It goes a long way. (And when online damage control responds to this by making it seem as though we're just incompetent and don't understand how to a pay bill or that it's one big misunderstanding, BS. Don't add insult to injury. Just don't. It is what it is) As for anyone reading this thinking about purchasing their services? Don't do it. Just read the other reviews on here.. you'll see one commonality. Let the proof speak for itself.

Brianna was wonderful over the phone helping to pay our bill as due to weather we had not gotten mail in over a week. The group that picks up for us is always wonderful and friendly! Customer service here has been great!

Called Evergreen on a change of payment and questions on their online invoice and payment system. Desirea was quick to answer my call and had all the answers. Great Customer service and she has a sexy voice. Everyone should call for her.

My trashcan lid broke off the can and tried called the company and spoke with Brianna and she took care of the situation and she’s getting me hooked up with a new lid. This cold weather it was probably a contributor to when they lift it up on the truck for a dumping and it just totally cracked the lid off the can! She was awesome. Great customer service.! Your driver saw me struggling to pull the trash bin out of the snow so I could take it to the curb. That man jumped out of his truck and hauled it to the side of the road and wouldn’t let me touch a thing. I can’t tell you enough how much I appreciated his kindness. Both of the workers were kind and polite. What they didn’t know was that my dad usually does this, but he’s in the hospital right now. Their act of kindness in that moment left a big impact. You’ve got some good men on your team. Thank you.

I texted Evergreen to check whether they could haul away an old snowblower that was "past its prime" and which was pretty heavy to boot. They responded almost immediately and were kind enough to schedule a pickup only a few days later -- at no additional charge. I am a long time customer and they continue to be my "go to" choice for regular and special trash/recycling/yard debris collection. Most of my neighborhood uses them! They are the best!

I have always had wonderful service from your team. The men who pick up are reliable and certainly “go the distance “. I’ve been a customer for at least ten years. Very happy with the service. I especially admire them for working in the snow-ice and freezing temperatures. God bless!

Rude drivers, my 13 son missed the trash and recycling service by 4 doors down. He asked is he could get the trashed picked up or roll the trash cans down. They yelled at him and told him no. All while sitting on my block in the same spot for at least 4 mins. In that time the issue could’ve been resolved. After all this snow and schedules disrupted I believed they should’ve allowed my son to bring the trash cans to the truck instead of yelling at him.

I called to reinstate my service and spoke to the absolute best customer service support person anyone could ever want. Her name was Kendra and she was so pleasant and helpful. as a matter of fact, she helped me, we hung up and I called back for a different reason and she answered it again. She was definitely multitasking at the time and still made me feel good and felt like my issues were resolved. She is definitely invested in her role and company

I have used Evergreen Waste for 7 years. They always pick up all my trash, larger items too, and do so never leaving anything behind. My customer service representative, Brianna Marvel, was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. If I wasn’t moving I would not be changing service providers.

I called for a residential service quote. They were well priced and extremely friendly. I decided to use their service and the customer service agent had me set up in no time. Waste haulers were delivered 2 days later!! Hoping they continue to provide this service with competitive pricing while others in the area continue to raise prices by almost $20 each quarter.

When my elderly mother signed up with this company they advised her to get service including yard waste removal for a rental property that she would not be needing. When I tried to cancel that yard waste removal they forced us to keep it for 1 year before being able to change it. Here we are 1 year later and I finally switch service to not include yard waste and somehow during that switch they double bill me for NEXT month's service and don't remove our trash. When I call about this they explain they double billed us for next month and correct that but refuse to send someone to pick up or let me speak to management. Now I get to stare at overflowing trash cans all week after them attempting to convince me that they're mistake is somehow my fault. Nice Evergreen.... The only bill that was due was this months. As I said before, I was double billed for February and billed for this month which made it appear I owed money I did not. All that was actually owed was $35 for this month which we are only half way thru several days after this took place. There are still 2 weeks left in January. How exactly was i passed due?

I have been a customer of Evergreen Waste for a few years now. Excellent service from the men on the trucks! They will take large objects if you put it by the curb & call to let them know at no extra charge! When trying to speak with the office, I have found it easier to text first. The customer service rep, Desirea, will answer any questions you have. All in all, I have been very satisfied with Evergreen Waste!

I recently switched from another company and have been very pleased. The cost is affordable for what I think is better service. The guys pick up early in the morning and they're professional and friendly. Customer service is awesome. I had questions about the service and paying online and I got a response immediately. So far I'm glad I made the switch.

This review is for starting service - The process was so easy to set up. My husband and I bought our first home, and it was vacated for a period of time (meaning no trash service setup). I was recommended to Evergreen and I put an inquiry online to have weekly service. Brianna called me very soon after and she quickly set me up. She was professional, kind, and very helpful in explaining what services they offer. She applied the neighborhood discount, which I appreciated because I did not know it existed. I’m very happy with my experience so far.

I have decided to switch to Evergreen waste services. They seem to provide the same or better service as Casella and at almost half the price. They start in November. Melissa in customer service took my call and was very helpful explaining the services and pricing. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant on the phone. I look forward to doing business with this company.

I was in need of a new trash provider and contacted Melissa at Evergreen. She was very knowledgeable and was able to help me get signed up for services in no time at all. A huge perk of this company is that they are easy to reach, unlike my previous provider, and their prices are much better while also providing additional services!
