These guys are GREAT ! We had an emergency repair on my pickup, hauling a trailer from Boston to Georgia (and back). We had an emissions system problem that threatened to put the truck into limp mode. We called at 7:30a and they told us to come down. As they only do big rigs, they sent us off to First Choice Auto and Truck Repair.. but First Choice doesn’t have space for the trailer we were hauling. So we left it at Toon and brought the truck to First Choice. The truck took a couple days to fix, but Toon let us leave the trailer with them. They have fencing with barbed wire and 24-hour surveillance. The trailer was safe. The truck finally got fixed, but after Toon was closed. However they came back after hours to let us in to get the trailer – and we were on our way. Good luck finding any other shop that would have done that. Thanks to Durant (?) for helping us out in a pinch. You guys rock!
Just a shout out. I had a flat today on my Mac Truck and drove right to his shop fixed it quick great service. He also has road service. 5 stars easy to get to right off 95 in Delaware.
These people are scammers, i called them because i was on the road when my truck kept turning off when the man arrived he tampered with my truck he unhooked my def line so the truck wouldn’t start at all i than had to get my truck towed and they made it seem as though the tow truck driver was apart of a different company the toll truck driver charged me 475 but when i got to the shop they said 500 he than try charging me an extra 360 dollars on top of 450 for the mechanic to come out. They charged me over 1,000 after picking up my truck i started making my way back home to North Carolina when my engine light came on so i took my truck to rush truck center not only did they mess with my lines but they caused 7,000 worth of damages. I will never recommend anyone to go there they cannot be trusted and i will be talking to a lawyer to try and sue them.
Good people very nice place they go far and beyond to get me back on the road i will go back if im in the area thanks to the office lady's and the mechanic bill dixon autumn transport driver 😀

Terrible experience!
I had airleak on a trailer and called them for roadside assistance.
Their mechanic took 4 hours to change a part that was not the actual problem, charged me almost $1000 for my driver to break down on the next exit again.
TA found the actual problem which was a break chamber!
Toon Truck wasn’t able in 4 hours to locate break chamber leak.
Don’t hire these guys for anything!
My experience was equal compensation to :
if u call a plumber to fix a pipe in your house, but he colors your room pink! And charges you for it.

As President of Ferraro Auto Transport, I can't say enough good things about Toon!! We are a small, WOB, yet we were treated like royalty. The mechanics went over and above fixing our trailer. They clearly care about safety, because they alerted us to what could have been a potential problem. It wasn't a money grab at all. It's obvious, that they're super knowledgeable! Also, the price was very reasonable. I'm truly grateful with how well they worked with us to make sure we had the trailer back when we needed it. The girls in the office were terrific, too! I'm so glad we found them, because now we will be taking all our trailers to them. Easiest 5 star review ever!

Very friendly and accommodating people! I called with an oil leak problem. Got me right in and diagnosed the problem. Ordered the orings wed by Friday the orings had not arrived thru no fault of Toon. I eased the truck back to Fl and fixed it. They made every attempt they could and I thank them for that. I would recommend them!

I was impressed by how fast the service was. I expected to have to leave my truck over night, but they had me in and out in a little more than an hour. I'm horrible with names but I think his name was Darnell who handled my diagnostics. He explained every detail related to the issue and saved me from getting unnecessary repairs that most other service centers would have more than happily charged me for. Thanks guys.

Estimate was $720 with Hankook tire,ended up installing Mastertrack at half the cost of Hankook and the cost became $916, would have put 0, but the guy who installs the tire is great
Upd: The guy who did the work definitely deserved his money, but you didn't raise the price of the job, you raised the price for the tire you offered me for $360, did you call me and notify me that you bringing another tire? Of course not, you said when the job was already done.
And yes, the first bill for the tire was 500.

I called these guys in a panic, on a Saturday, 200+ miles from home and still 100 miles to go until we reached our destination, with a broken trailer brake for a camper. We pulled in half an hour later and they went right to work. They had us on the road in about an hour. Could not have asked for a better emergency experience. Extremely friendly, professional and compassionate. Thanks for saving our family vacation!! You rock!!
I'm not really familiar to these area, but I broked down in my truck near these guys, and I'm more than happy with the results, they helped me resolve my problem really fast there not even expensive at all in compare to other shops I've been, ia a family business and really nice people.
This establishment is top tier!!! God will place you in the right place at the right time. While traveling to Boston, MA from Atlanta, GA our tractor starting having issues which required the driver to pull off at the nearest exit. There we found a T/A truck stop, they were able to give diagnostic info however they were unable to offer the services that were required. Searched google for nearest mechanic in the area opened on a Saturday!!! Called Toon and after speaking with the mechanic we immediately knew he was very knowledgeable about our repairs. We found this place to be very honest, professional, great customer service, excellent service that had us back on the road in no time. We really appreciate everything you did for us.
