good store, I buy spare parts from them, the seller Louis very quickly and professionally selects the necessary parts and is a very pleasant person to talk to. I recommend it to everyone!

My 2020 freightliner cascadia truck had DEF issues and I took it to this dealership. They fixed it within 24hrs and my truck is back to brand new. I recommend my fellow truckers to visit here for their truck issues. You won't regret it at all. I have referred 2 drivers here since last week. Nicole Hill was very friendly and welcoming. She checked me in immediately and have the guys swung into action. She's the best 👌 Ask for her when you get there

Very irresponsible I called to see if I could get a diagnostic on one of my trucks they said yes but it might take an hour before they could take a look at it, I’m fine with that so from Delaware I went to Swedesboro NJ to get my truck went back there and dropped it off because I had things to do. So I’m assuming that they would get on it right away. Called back about 2 hours after dropping it off and they said that they couldn’t do it because they didn’t have a mechanic available, are you serious? I called before and ask and they said they were available I didn’t just walk-in now it’s too late to find someone and being a long weekend makes it worse. Just because I left to do some errands didn’t mean don’t do anything and keep getting other people in. Very frustrating not responsible wouldn’t recommend it to anyone because that says a lot about them. On top of that I had to call to find that out because they didn’t even do that. Then rush me to get there because they were about to close for their long weekend. Very bad service. Never again!

I hardly know where to begin to express our dissatisfaction with the service we had completed on our motor home. Our dealer recommended and transferred our vehicle to Bayshore Truck Shop on Terminal Road. That started our nightmare service which included installing a new motor to the tune of $17,000 dollars. What a hassle. We picked up the vehicle twice after being told the service was complete and both times had to return to the shop because the engine was acting up before going a few miles toward home in PA. After much frustration , we brought the vehicle home and it seemed OK but in the first trip out for a vacation in Florida, the vehicle broke down in NC and our trip was ruined. The motor was under warranty and Bayshore ended up putting a second replacement Ford engine in a vehicle with about 20,000 miles. I could go on and on with this horror story. The cost was astronomical and included a shop fee of a percentage of the bill which no one could tell me what that charge was for. The staff was not responsive to our concerns but made plenty of excuses. The worst part was when we were told to pick up the vehicle, my son-in-law was driving it home when the dog box inside the motor home which is over the engine actually blew off its base due to the power of the engine and was free inside the driving section. That caused a very dangerous situation. Obviously it was not secured by the tech after finishing the job but again all kinds of excuses were offered. We are now in Pa with a motor home that has a free flying dog box and we will need to pay another RV tech to finish the job that Bayshore was responsible to do. After asking to speak to a manager, i have gotten several responses from a service manager that had no answers and no conversation with any manager. I am now considering a legal consultation due to the negligence of not securing this before we took it on the highway. I hope this saves some folks the stress and aggravation that we have endured for over a year of dealing with this facility. It is the worst!

If I could give negative stars, I would. Warranty issues that would fall under Ford's Warranty and they still want to charge $300 for a diagnosis fee? I am reporting them to Ford corporate for shady business practices/ Pretty sad that they have a "we don't care" attitude from the advisors to the managers.

This is a important review, so learn from my ignorance. As far as the service manager Mr. Matt, Mrs. Nicole, and Mrs. Amy goes its the best customer service you can get. But once your truck enters their service department it like vo-tech school. The technicians basically practice on your trucks and hope for the best. I've had many incidents with Bayshore that should have deterred me, but i kept going back for convenience since they are basically in walking distance. First, they left an oil-change tool in my engine and blew the fan completely off. They stepped on my roof to fix something instead of using a ladder and cracked the cab's roof. They put a bolt in my drive shaft that lasted all of 2 miles before falling completely out on the highway. Recently, they changed my fuel injectors and left some things loose, and the push rods came out and lodged in my cam. Two mechanics said there was no other way for the inside of the engine to come apart except for mechanical error, but Bayshore claims they did not touch that part of the engine. So if you don't want to go through the headaches of lawsuits and lose thousands, learn from my mistakes and find someone reliable.

I had to take a step back before writing this review as this experience brought me so much anxiety .We had a problem with our motorhome and this place was referred to us so we did think we were in good hands. It took a week before they said it was fixed which was fine because we got back home in Canada and asked them to contact us when it would be ready. We went to pick it up and found it in a worse condition than we left it. They broke our stairs and balloon suspension and even more insulting not only they did not say anything about it, they did not even offer to fix what they broke. Their bill was for 2,400$ and as we drove back to Canada, the problem appeared again. They supposedly changed 2 knock sensors, the wire set and a fam clutch and did a road test. We drove around 500 feet and the check engine light went on, we went back in to be told that the job was not guaranteed and said they were not a GM dealer and they sent someone to erase the code. At this point I have to wonder if the parts they said they replaced and the work they said was done really was done. Long story short, we were originally going to Florida for the winter when we broke down, we were stranded and did not have much choice but to get it fixed. I also have to mention that prior to bringing the motorhome to these people, another place about 5 miles away had done basically the same work for the miss fire problem we were having and 3,000$ was also left there. All together a total of 5,400$ was spent for absolutely nothing and we had to cancel our Florida winter plans. We can’t help but think we were treated this way because not only we’re Canadians but because they knew they wouldn’t see us again. We kept giving feed backs to our mechanic back home and he could simply not believe what these people came up with. We have a 8.1lt on a Workhorse which is apparently the easiest engine you can work on so we thought it wouldn’t have any secrets for a place that works on trucks, but we were wrong. Aside from Amy at the reception, everyone else leaves us with such disappointment. Should any of those people ever end up stranded and they require a field of knowledge they don’t have and need to rely on others to fix the problem, they will understand how we felt. We’re all humans and we think we should treat others the way we’d like to be treated, it’s just sad to see that this is not common sens for everyone. I know in my head there are worse things but right now my heart doesn’t see it that way and we hope no one else will have to go through the same thing we did.

My Service Advisor is a God send! she was very helpful, knowledgeable and helped me keep my vehicles on the road. The mobile recall department is the best thing since sliced bread :) Thank you Mrs. Nicole Hill! Fleet Director: Robb Stewart L. J. Zucca

Best experience I’ve had in years. The two service writers are more than outstanding. They listen to you and genuinely care about your problem. They help in many ways, got back to me with information they had to look into. Would ask the service manager questions while you were there. This is on top of being friendly and personable. They sent me a survey that I had some concerns. I usually don’t bother with these because I don’t think any one pays attention to them. They were different, in a very short time I was contacted be the service manager. WHO address my concerns and followed up with much research. Then got back to me.

First experience with our new RV and engine issues. We were frustrated after having our trip interrupted and Ford Warranty (chassis for RV) not being any help. On our own we found Bayshore Truck Center. Pulled in at 6:00pm. What a great experience! The staff - Amy and Nicole - listened and made sure we felt comfortable. We were able to hook up for the night and had the RV services first thing in the morning. On the road by 10 am. Lead mechanic explained issues and what repairs were needed. Facilities were very clean. Customer lounge with recliners, TV and beverages. Bathroom clean. Thank you for the amazing customer service!

I was supposed to get an oil change. A few days later my engine warning came on and the upside down triangle. I checked the oil, it was below the fill line and black and and gritty. . Like it wasnt done. I paid over 500.00 for that. Could have ruined my livelihood. I deserve a refund. Definitely not going back. My life is my truck. My trust in that particular mechanic is gone...whomever it was. Want to file a complaint with corporate and seek my 500.00 back. I had to redo the service elsewhere

Took a motor home to get the generator fixed. They have found the problem no one else was able to find. Thanks for the great job.

Would give a zero if I could. They failed to fix my issue while the truck was under warranty and now want to charge me $4k. The service manager Kathy is extremely rude. They are either incompetent or purposefully negligent to try to squeeze extra cash out of you. Avoid this dealership at all costs
