Great experience! I was looking for some parts for one of my cars and Cress had them! I called and they quoted me a great price, easy pick up, and amazing service!! I tried to grab everything I needed for all of my cars while I was down here!
I was looking for engine for a 2006 Toyota Tundra. The super nice lady there informed me she didn't have one... but told me to hold on... she went and looked on the computer and found me one at a competitor in Maryland! I was able to get it for a very reasonable price. I've decided this is going to be my new place in town to get used auto parts anyone that would go out of their way to help me deserves my money!

Had an "oops" with some wheels and tires I bought, Juan was quick to take care of it. Great to deal with, went out of his way to make it right. Can't ask for more than that.
Millie and company are awesome. The absolute best. Call them 1st. Be ready with vin engine size make and model. Been using her for over 20 years, if she doesn't have it, 99% of the time she can direct you to who does.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place for starters the lady the always in the front assisting anyone who comes in is always pleasant and nice for example: I went the about a month ago cause my windshield wipers had went out and I was very low on cash and this was so unexpected and just so happen it was suppose to rain all week and I had to get to work amongst other priorities. I called the shop as I always do when I need to find out some info about part and got the price. When I got there they got the part out I was ready to pay hoping my card would approve and the lady at the from desk told me it was okay and it was on her this time letting me know I didn’t have to pay, I thanked her so much cause I never mentioned I didn’t have the money I proceed to pay as anyone else. So I’ll say this I will never take my business anywhere else other then Cress Auto Parts they treat me with respect anytime i call or show up and will to help I recommend them to any one that asks me about car parts or where do I go to inquire about parts and I mention Cress all the time :-)

Cress has the best customer service I've ever experienced at any auto parts business, new or used. They found me a rear turn signal assembly for my 2015 Chevy Malibu in minutes (I'd tried 3 other used parts stores unsuccessfully) and treated me like family
What a service!!! I was there buying a spare tire for my Ford Explorer, the lady at the front desk was super nice and had a top notch customer service skill. The gentleman who got me the tire was also really nice. I was quoted for $75, but I wasn’t aware they didn’t take AMEX, so they ended up selling it to me for $50 cash.
You guys are amazing!!! I will be back.

I originally went down the road to Delaware Auto Salvage and stood there for 20 minutes without even being acknowledged. On my way back I stopped here and what a different experience it was. It was like heaven. So give them a call and see what they can do for you.

Make sure when you call, you know the year make model, is it 2 door, 4 door, what size engine. If she asks for specific information, you can bet it is for a reason.
