I called to get a flat fixed they said $35 which I thought was great. The guy who called to confirm my address before coming was very rude. I asked him to call before he gets to car cause it was down the street and I would meet him. Then the operator calls and says the guy is there and he can’t do it because it’s on a hill and the road is too icy. The car was not on a hill and the ice was on the other side of car not where the flat was. I told operator that and said I would have to have it towed. I hung up. Never again. Just a scheme to get there and try to get you to pay for towing. I had it on a jack and everything just could t get lug nuts off.
I would like to highly recommend this towing Company. They came exactly within the ETA given to me and they were extremely communicative throughout. The person who handled my towing, was a man named Kash. He was extremely professional and even sent me a text, letting me know when my car was delivered to Tesla.
Awesome service. Ran out of gas right before my exit and they were there in 15 minutes with a gallon for $75 to keep me moving and get to a station. Hopefully that never happens again but if it does, I know who I’m calling.
They responded and towed my car in less than 1 hr, which NEVER happens! The driver was pleasant and placed my car exactly where I asked him to drop it. Good customer service matters. Thank you

I called my insurance roadside assistance and they dispatched these folks to get my car towed to a garage. They called me with an arrival time and told me the driver would contact me upon arrival. Their driver called me to make sure the pick up address was correct and was here in 20 minutes. He was professional and handled that flatbed like a champ, as the driveway is off a small drive behind the house. He inquired as to what was wrong with the car so that we weren’t jeopardizing anything with putting it on to the flatbed. This company does all of the little things right and with professionalism. I would probably give you guys a zero start reading you drop the vehicle off lost the key to the vehicle. Didn’t tell us that you were taking the tiger off And I never got notification that I was dropped off until the shop called me so now I’m out more money to fix the car and to buy a new key
Waited over 4 hours for them to never show up. The first excuse was they had a flat tire and then they precessed to waste my time telling me to wait another 45 min. Dispatch was useless as they come. You’re better off pushing your car to wherever you have to go. They also didn’t want to process my refund.
Tire blew out on the highway, we’re from way out of state and they got us picked up off the road and at a tire shop in 45 minutes. Excellent service super speedy and great price at $85.

I'm leaving work, riding along 95S when I had to suddenly pull over to the shoulder before I do any major damage to the car engine. I called TM Towing, and they showed up within thirty (30) minutes. They brought my car to the shop i requested, and it cost me less than $100 (it was 2.3 miles from initial pick-up). Friendly customer service. Professional. Fast pick-up. I was able to do all the things I needed to do after work as if it didn't happen.

Awesome to work with! TM Towing responsive! Car broke down on 95 N due to alternator going out. They were the third company I called after the first two only led me to a voicemail. TM Towing was the only one that responded with a live person answering the phone. For a busy Friday night my car was home in several hours and the driver who took care of me was excellent, polite and just a sweetheart. I highly recommend!
