WORST WORST !! The manager Brian is rude ... honestly the only person there that’s supposed to be dealing with customers is a rep by the name Josh.
They lied to get me to incur fees, only for them to refuse to remove them , despite promising to do so before the fees even accrued. Take your business to copart or anyone else that will treat you like a customer. That manager shouldn’t be dealing with people at all!!
The staff at this place was horribly rude and had zero customer service skills. The lot that housed our vehicle was down the road from where we had to check in and the office didn't communicate to us or the lot we were headed to whatsoever. The man at the lot stated that they were supposed to let him know which vehicle it was so he could have it towed outside of the gate to us as we weren't supposed to be in the yard. We were never told any of this and the truck driver was already moving other vehicles. The man at the yard was kind enough to let me gather my things from my vehicle as it was cold and rainy but otherwise it was a very unpleasant experience.
AWFUL EXPERIENCE , FIRST TIME AND LAST TIME PURCHASE . BOUGHT A CAR, SENT A DRIVER TO GET IT, CAR WAS STORED AT DIFFERENT LOT, 2 HOURS AWAY FROM THE AUCTION. ALSO THIS AUCTION DID NOT HAVE INTERIOR PICTURES SHOWING THE EXTRA DAMAGES AND MISSING PARTS OF THE CAR, IT IS A SCAM . BUYER BEWARE!!
THIS LOCATION HAS REALLY POOR CLIENT SERVICE AND LOW ACCURACY REPORTS. ENDUP PAYING SEVERAL HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS IN STORAGE FEES.
MANAGER BRIAN CONNER WILL NOT HELP EVEN IF THE AUCTION WAS IN DEFAULT.
Very RUDE and the most unhelpful people I have ever interacted with. Made an appointment to pickup damaged car and they never showed or called. They claim we gave them the wrong address... Never gave them an address bc the car was on a side street. Wanted us to "just leave the keys in the car" - NO! If said car is stolen we don't get the insurance money. They LAUGHED and put me on hold. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
If I could give zero Stars I would .The front desk ladies on this day 05/12/2020 were very much novices at the job but turned their frustration at clients.They need some training and need to know the effect of good customer service .This is the worst iaai branch all of north East I have every experienced.A big disgrace
Hello, please note the New County City police and\or my attorney should be in contact with your company about several missing items upon my first opportunity to pick up my personal belongings.
The items that were missing include but not limited to:
1. A $200 pair of Revo Sunglasses
2. Approximately $50 in mixed cash\coins. There was a roll of quarters in the armrest, in a blue bag from Johnson and Johnson, which had roughly $20 in cash, and the remainder in various spots.
3. A Police expandable baton. My father was a police officer in North Philadelphia
4. A complete SAE standard and metric set.
I know there are other items, but I don’t recall at this time.
While they don't answer their phone, or even have an answering machine (2 people after me said the same thing), showing up was key. They retrieved my transponder without a problem! Thanks!
Me and my friend are car transporters. We had called to let them know we would be about 5 minutes late but with traffic and a bad accident he ended up making it there about 15 minutes late. Lucky for us they were still there and their hours are clearly posted that they close at 4:30pm, they could have easily told us that they were closed, but they didn't. They remembered us calling them prior to closing and let us pick up the vehicle we were coming to get. They were all very friendly and helpful.
I purchased a clean title car online for a good amount of money. When i got the car was worse then a salvage car it had structural damage, right side was repaired, front end was put together with nothing missing bolts, bumpers brackets headlights missing taps all and all the car wasn't worth half of the money i paid for it. They respond was look at the buyers guide.. they protect a seller more than the buyer....
This great website also has several other auctions form all around Delaware listed on it. These can also be great places to find yourself a vehicle if you don’t mind driving a couple of hours to check them out. Insurance Auto Auctions and Repokar especially have quite a few auctions, and you are sure to find something you like.
