Pablo made the process easy, kept me up-to-date, shared photos with me when I had questions and made sure that the product was up to the standards I indicated that I required when I dropped off the vehicle. My car was fully detailed when I received it.

An unfortunate event brought my 2024 Mazda CX-5 to Top Gun. While not in a great place because of the circumstances that brought me there Pablo and the staff there were understanding of my "disposition" and explained all that would happen and kept me up to date on the repairs. They did a first rate job on the repair even though i knew the damaged repaired will never be the way it was when car left the factory

The communication throughout the process was great, and my car was finished on time. The repair work looks excellent, and I can tell they really took care with every detail. DO NOT GO WITH THIS BUSINESS. Went for an estimate after an accident, they VERY conveniently quoted just BARELY above the value of the car so it would be totaled. Went to Maaco, and they quoted over $2100 LESS. Forget this company, period.
Still continues to have great service after a long hiatus where I haven't been there installed my aftermarket wing the great Precision named extra care for the centering of the spoiler and long-lasting life of the trunk. Will definitely return. Can't wait to get the new black and red rims on it with the blackout window tint an incredible sound system. Then this thing will really be fire
This place was a lifesaver! I had a mishap this morning when my minivan's door got knocked off its tracks as I was pulling out of the garage. I rushed in for a last-minute estimate, and the amazing team here fixed the door and had my car (and me!) back on its tracks in under two minutes. Bringing my car to Leo at Top Gun Collisions was the best choice I made. It was also the first moment of relief after I got into a head on collision which ended up being a hit and run. Leo assured me he would have the car ready as quick as possible. Not only that, but he made sure I had my car for the first day back at school which was shortly approaching. They even went out of their way to personally deliver the car to my home!! Leo’s updates and communication made the whole process as smooth as possible. My car looks amazing! You cannot even tell anything happened! They even went out of their way to paint a little scrape I had from a previous accident and vacuumed the inside of the car. All the new parts have a lifetime warranty. I now know where to go if something like this happens again and I hope you know where to go too! Fantastic shop. Joe Shi, who interacts with customers, is clear, thorough, personable, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. He explains everything and stays in communication throughout the process. Have already highly recommended this shop to friends. Reasonably priced as well. The repair team did an amazing job and friends have already commented on how great the car looks. So glad I found them!

I was extremely impressed with Top Gun's workmanship, value, and customer service. I now have brought two cars to them for significant body work, and each time they have exceeded my expectations.
At the outset, Joe detailed each anticipated expense, giving me several options to consider (e.g., using genuine manufacturer parts, distinguishing between necessary and unnecessary changes). This early communication was very helpful in understanding the work to be done upfront and clearly establishing expectations.
For the most recent damage, Joe updated me throughout the process - because the damage was so severe, the car needed to be taken apart to assess whether additional work was necessary - giving me options on additional work. (The initial estimate and discussion captured nearly everything.) They completed the work early and at approximately the same price they quoted.
Top Gun returned the cars I brought to them in better shape than before
their accidents - In fact, I could not tell that they had been in accidents, and each car looked nearly new upon return.
And, best yet, I was impressed by their price, which beat out other estimates.
Accidents are unfortunate, but I feel like I can really trust Top Gun if I need to make any related repairs.

After researching Top Gun Collision Experts (TGCE) on Washington Consumer Checkbook (TGCE received checks for quality and price) and reading the reviews, I took my daughter’s Toyota Tundra there to get an estimate. I was impressed with their professionalism, nice personality, and attention to detail during my initial visit. After talking with them and realizing the experience that they have working with my insurance company (Amica) several times in the past, I decided to use them for the truck body repairs. They kept me informed via email and phone during the repair process, and the finished product looks great !!! You can’t even tell where the damage was! They are very skilled, competent, and know exactly how to make the repairs, and do it right the first time. And TGCE offers a lifetime warranty on their repairs ! I highly-recommend this body shop for any auto body repairs. I will definitely use this shop (I hope I don’t need to) if I need any body work done on any of my vehicles.
Professional, courteous, and quick turnaround time on job. Not on my insurance companies list of “preferred” shops, but that was not a problem at all. I would happily recommend or use Collision Experts again. Also, the office is immaculate which is a telltale sign the the owner cares.

The repairs completed have always been superb, and the customer service friendly. Overall we've dealt with collision experts on 4 different occasions, and have been extremely satisfied. Also, when I've picked up my car it's been washed, and the interior has been cleaned.
