Well, not your typical retail auto parts store, they mean business and professionalism, phones always ringing and they still take the time to help the occasional walk in customer.
Being listed as an advance auto store, I was shocked when I walked in, no retail room whatsoever, but they make it up in knowledge, James knew exactly what part I needed when I described it and the other guys were speedy to get my parts. This location has earned my repeated business, I even signed up for advance Speedperks rewards program.
I had a great experience here earlier this week and I was surprised to see some of the other reviews. I just started to work on my own car and this was the third store I went to looking for a specific part. It was nothing like the stores I went to before this, the employees really knew their stuff, gave me solid advice, and took the time to help me out. Will be shopping here more often.
I work in the same build as the Carquest. My car wouldn't start. At first i thought maybe my key fob battery was dead and so I went in to see if they carried batteries for the fob. The 2 guys at the front counter could be bother with me. I was having trouble getting the the fob opened as they asked for a battery size. I asked them if they could help me open but they declined citing they couldn't because if the broke it they couldn't responsible. I left to see if I could get someone in my office to help. A Colleague came out and we determined that it was like a dead car battery and not the key fob. I went back into the the Carquest to see if they had a jump box or jump cables and if someone could help me. They could not be bother with me and could have cared less that I need help. No one offered or wanted to help me. What a terrible place with terrible employees. This is exact what is wrong with our society today - a lack of kindness or desire to help others.
Horrible horrible store.
I didn't even go to this store but I had an online order I was going to pick up. It's supposed to be ready in 30 minutes but even the next day it wasn't ready. I called the store and the guy who picked up the phone is very unintelligent. I gave him my order number and he said he "can't see it" but once I called customer service they said they “called the store” and he was able to cancel it. I called him back to confront him about why he couldn't see my order 5 minutes ago but could now all of a sudden cancel it, he said "I just saw it." Wow. I'd give this store 0 stars if I could.
Don’t recommend. I was rebuilding the cooling system on my truck and needed to replace a trans cooler line. I called and they Took my money when I ordered over the phone and told me parts was ready for pickup in 30 minutes, I drive all the way to the store and it’s closed…with an employee inside in plain sight... Never will I ever spend my money here again the person who took my order should’ve mentioned the closed early on Saturday
I will not be visiting the location again. Worst customer service. The first time I’ve ordered and paid ahead of time but when I came to pick up my part they said they could not hand it to me because their computer system was down, even though I could show them the field order and they had already picked the parts and set them on a shelf. Second experience waited outside for 15 minutes because they will only allow one customer at a time to go inside. I tried to call to see if an employee could just carry my battery outside that I had already paid for online. The number on the website/Google is disconnected. Poorly run business
I was looking for spark plugs via the web and was able to purchase them online and saved 20% with a promo code. I ran into an inaccurate inventory issue when I first arrived but they did find the correct plugs and I was out in a total of just about 15 minutes.
If you need a part this is the place to call. If they do not have it the staff will go the extra mile to find it and shipped to their store for you to pick it up.
