Sophie has very bad customer service skills. Be very careful with this shop as they put the wrong size tires on my car, I wouldn’t recommend coming to this location or any NTB in General. This company has recently been acquired by Mavis which is now this company’s 3rd change in ownership in the last 10 years.
Great job for my ongoing tire maintenance. I bought them here six months ago. The team is great. I came in for my routine rotation and they told me it would be two hours and I’m out in one hour and 20 minutes. Promise and overdeliver. That’s why you should go here for your tires.
Made an online appointment for a tire issue. Came in and was immediately greeted and quickly notified about a nail dug into the tire. The first recommendation was to see if the damage was covered by warranty with my dealer (which they didn’t have to do and NTB would lose business if covered). Not covered and the tire not treatable I was offered several options on anew tire. Was in and out in about 1 hour 15 minutes with a new tire. Thanks to William and others (didn’t catch names).
Had a nail in the tire - went to NTB the Thanksgiving weekend - Cris looked at the tire, was beyond repair - ordered a new one - 24 hours later replaced and I am ready to hit the road . Great job, very professional and polite team! Strongly recommend them!
While visiting my son in Rockville,I had a blowout of a tire. The car was towed to NTB on Hungerford Drive. One of the employees, Cris, immediate took over the situation and said he could outfit my car with a new tire. I was driving home to Pittsburgh and the job was finished quickly. All employees were very helpful!
I came into the shop on a Sunday because they were one of the only places open and I had blown my tire out earlier that day. However, they were very accommodating, reasonable, time efficient, and friendly! Very thankful they could help me out in a pinch and would highly recommend others to come here!

Today, my car suddenly got a flat tire, and I came to NTB for help. William welcomed me with great enthusiasm. What moved me even more was that he carefully checked his computer system and confirmed that my tire was still under warranty. Consequently, William, using his highly skilled technique, quickly completed the tire replacement job. I never would have thought that NTB had such a trustworthy and excellent employee! I had a great experience at NTB. I went in to get new tires and the whole process was very quick and professional. While I was there, they also inspected my brakes and let me know that my rotors and brake pads needed to be replaced. They explained everything clearly and gave me all the information I needed. I had been concerned about a noise when braking, and they were able to address that too. Overall, very helpful and professional service—I’ll definitely be back.
Don't even try it! Terrible service. Actually, no service. I made an online reservation for a particular tire 24 hours in advance, for 8 am. I was charged a $25, no problem. On arrival, the woman at the desk said the tires don't arrive until 11 a.m. and I have to buy two (order showed one) and the other wouldn't come until tomorrow. This is a real problem for me today, as I have a nail in my tire and have to use my car today. I asked why they took the order and made an 8 am appointment when they wouldn't have the tire, and without giving me any of this information. Answer: "The computer did it." No apology. I guess this is why the place is empty.
I had to get a new battery here for my car after all of this cold weather. They were really quick about installing it. Friendly and not intimidating people taking care of me. Good prices and good selection too.
