I had a super stressful parking situation where I was literally about to get a parking ticket while trying to move multiple cars. On The Run Towing came through so quick and helped me get everything back in place before the parking guy could act up. They even towed my car safely back to my job, no hesitation. The driver "Tradeed" (not sure how to spell his name) was a MAJOR help. Resepctful, timely & appropiate. As well the dispatcher who orginally answered the phone. Towed my car from Bethesda, MD to Washington, DC for an unbeatable price. I'd definitely recommend!!!!

Called One hour before! he promised me 20min!! Still has not arrived said I’ll get someone closer another lie I’m still waiting!!! Just Say “Sorry I cannot make it” I would have appreciated the Truth. Worst Experience Ever!!!
I have used his services several times. The owner of the company Shadid is very helpful and goes above and beyond his expectations to ensure my needs were met. He was able to pick my car up at it’s destination as well as drop it off at my preferred location. While driving I had left my phone inside the car and he was able to turn around and bring it back for me. Great guy and great company!

This tow service illegally towed my car in Leisure World and damaged my 1 week old car in doing so. The owner of the business signed a statement acknowledging he damaged the car and accepted responsibility for repairing the car. I have called him 6-7 times since he damaged the car and he does not return my call. He asked me not to report the accident through insurance saying he would pay directly. As mentioned, he does not return my call so now I am trying to get his insurance information to report it properly. He is a dishonest businessman and I recommend not using his business. Very unethical.
They really got me out of a jam. My car broke down blocking two reserved parking spaces on a Sunday/4th of July. I was having a terrible time finding someone both working and with a truck that could accommodate the 7 foot garage clearance. They got someone out quickly and were very helpful.

This company towed my car from the parking lot of the apartments where I live around 12pm. After a while, they brought my car back and the man only said "I got the wrong car, sorry". Very unprofessional service, not reliable. They do not do a good job because during nightime there are a lot of cars who don't have parking permit parked in the apartment's parking lot and they do nothing, now during daytime they towed my car stating it was a mistake . Not a company to trust.
Fast and reliable. This was probably the best telling experience I’ve had. Also great advice was given about where to take a car. I can ask for a more honest business practice.
