Was on hold for 20 minutes after waiting I called from another phone and got through. Asked if they had parts, they said they did and I told them I was headed to their location to pick it up. When I arrive they have 9 workers and none of them have a clue where this part is, then tell me it’s being delivered. Where to? I never asked to deliver it, I specifically said I was on my way to pick it up. Where are they going to deliver it if I never gave them an address ? Dispatch is clueless and they obviously aren’t relaying any information. They all need to be sent back to training.

Needed a part that I could not find anywhere else. Found parts authority online, called, and part was found. I was able to quickly pick up the part a few minutes later! Great customer service!

This place is great to buy parts over here the stuff is very helpful . Any body need good parts for there come over here and talk my buddy willy. He will make sure you get the right stuff you need.

Nice guys and looks like a good store, but understand that this is a place for mechanics to get specialty parts; it's not a consumer focused parts store like automart.
