I called PQ automotive this past Saturday and Serkan himself answered the phone. I had an urgent situation with a vehicle that I was trying to purchase, and I wanted his opinion on the viability of the vehicle. Serkan was extremely flexible with his time, even though I had called him on a weekend. He met me, assessed the car, gave me valuable insight on the vehicle, what to watch out for, what is good, what has potential to break down, etc. He is extremely knowledgeable about cars, and shared that information freely, without any expectation of remuneration. Best decision I made was to start taking my BMWs to Serkan instead of BMW Service. Serkan is great! He is trustworthy, does a great job and doesn’t overcharge or find problems that don’t exist. I used to think my first BMW was a lemon. Highly recommend Serkan and PQ Automotive!

Serkan and his team are the best. Very affordable, competitive prices and high quality service. The appointment process is very easy, best to call ahead or just walk in, they took care of my car within the same day, with major parts replaced. I can't emphasize enough on Serkan and his staff's professionalism and customer oriented service. I took many times my toyota car to the actual Rockville toyota dealer, not only their quotation price was just about double of PQ Automotive's, the toyota dealer failed to identify the problem (even though they had toyota specialized mechanics) However, Serkan and his team came to rescue on my engine, with a new gasket kit at a very affordable price, and solved the issue. They work on all models of cars both imported and made in US. This shop is one of a kind, like the old time mechanic shops where Serkan and his team assist to replace only the necessary items, unlike like the toyota dealer in rockville who wanted to charge me on replacing parts not even cause of my engine's problem. I'm very happy to be able to fix my car, at a very competitive price.

I got an pre sale inspection for a car I was looking to purchase. The people are super friendly and work quickly and explained the car's vitals and condition clearly. They were able to answer all of my questions and really took care of me. I recommend them and will definitely be using PQ Automotive again.

Very friendly and helpful service. Dropped my car off here and was so impressed by how they run their business. I was updated with phone calls constantly and given a fair price. They went out of their way to accommodate me when parts were not available. They went and found the parts my car needed and did not overcharge me. From the instant I called, they were already different from other auto repair shops I have visited. They were very accommodating; my repair was completed the same day in less time and at a lower price than my previous mechanic had told me. I have been going to PQ Automotive for the last 4 years for all my mechanical needs for my cars. First I took my Toyota Camry now I owe Ford fusion. I drive more than 20 miles from Northern Virginia for repairs on my car. It is much worthwhile to drive that long. Last week Ford dealer quoted me $3200 for repair for steering problems on my car and about 3 days to repair. Serkan and his mechanics did same job and many more things for $1900 all repairs finished in 1 day. They extremely knowledgeable about all kinds of cars with extremely economical prices. I recommend their services to everyone. They are very friendly, very honest, very up front, no hidden charges, no gimmicks and lastly very thrust worthy.

I found PQ Automotive on internet searching for a place with satisfied customers instead of my usual place all the way in Frederick . It’s been twice so far I have taken my car. I depend on my car as a single working mom . I am very pleased with Sarkan ‘s honest competent work and he is always so kind to me. Service, Price, Work, All top notch!!! Great experience from the first message till I picked up the car. I'm new to DMV area and looking for a mechanic who is good with BMW's and doesn't charge dealership prices. I stumbled on PQ automotive on yelp suggestions and they gave a really competitive price and even checked back with me after a couple of days. Serkan was very helpful in explaining what they did and they even changed my cabin filter(I had the part) as courtesy. I had my oil gasket filter fixed (common for my engine model), brake fluid flush and brakes replaced. They even picked me up from the near by library, where I'm waiting. And also gave me suggestions on what to do in future for better maintenance. Will definitely go back to him for future needs!
