Patrick and his crew did a fantastic job of bringing my wife’s BMW F30 back to life. The work was very well done, and they went above and beyond what we initially asked them to do. On top of painting and adding all the aftermarket parts, they also repaired quite a few smaller imperfections that we never even talked about on our first consultation. I brought my van in to get the sliding door fixed and the handle replaced since it had been broken off. Patrick did a great job fixing it and it worked great! However, a few months later it completely stopped working and I couldn’t get it fully closed after opening the door. It was stuck whether in the automatic or manual position. I brought it back to Patrick and he worked on it and got it fixed quickly. Bonus: he fixed my other sliding door and cleaned my headlights. He’s a great guy to work with, highly recommend!

My truck sat at this shop for 6 months before any work was done on it and even then, they didn’t do half of the work that we agreed on even after all that time. In addition to that, they put over 30 miles on it which means they were driving it around and using it for something or allowing people to take it home.
They did a super rush job on the body work and paint after I started pressuring them in the end which is why some parts are painted smooth and some are textured like an orange peel. There’s already rust spots showing back up from under the paint. I can see where they mudded and then threw paint on it as it shows through the paint in certain spots as well. They also gave it back extremely dusty on the interior from sanding. I don’t see how they could be comfortable returning someone’s vehicle back to them like that. The exterior is also covered white residue/wax on all the black plastic that I can’t get off. They didn’t remove all the tape before paint so I actually have painted over tape in spots on my truck. My new running boards that I had delivered directly to the shop and installed by them are permanently covered in whatever they had going on in the super dusty and unorganized shop as well making them look like they’re really old and used.
Yeah I know this sounds unreal but trust me, this is facts. I truly wish I was lying here.
The owner, Pat, will talk and assure you that everything is all good and he will do his best but that’s all BS. I wasted my time and money coming to this shop and trusting this business with my truck. Now I have to take it somewhere else and pay AGAIN to fix what he was already supposed to fix.
I came in because I needed to replace my rear view mirror and get some bodywork done after my car was hit. Spectrum Works did a great job and were reasonably priced. They even took extra care and returned my car cleaner than when it came in.
EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. I had a decent size dent, scratches, & chipped paint in a very awkward spot. Other body shops & dent repair specialists were convinced that I’d need an entire new quarter panel & gave quotes into the thousands to fix entirely. Not to mention, these places were scheduling out weeks in advance. Patrick & his crew took me the very next business day! And were not only able to repair seamlessly, but their oustanding price for the value made it so that I didn’t have to consider going through insurance. They even stayed late so that I could pick it up the same day. Highly recommend!
Spectrum Works has a very friendly and knowledgable staff that gives you the best of the best in value and service. I would recommend you taking your car truck or SUV here first for painting and repair work if you value honesty, great service, and getting the job done correctly!
Never gooooo to this place if you want your car done received the worse disappointment of my life this useless Patrick and the wife took our money and had our car for 2months and some weeks almost 3months and never touched my car as soon as I kept asking when will my car be touched he asked me to take my car back this place is mess most of these cars outside his stores have been there for 4months untouched pple are complaining I don’t know how he has these fake reviews up here RUnnnnnnnnnnn for your life time wasters and he can’t fix nothing always walking up and down doing nothing lazy man and a lazy wife
