If I could give them 10 stars I would. We have taken our car here several times and I've never experienced service as fast, honest, and kind as Mega Automotive. We had some truly horrifying experiences with other mechanics in the area, and we're so lucky to have found Mega Automotive to ensure that never happens again. I will trust no one else with my car in the area. Save yourself the headache of going anywhere else.
Excellent technicians, knowledgeable, can diagnose any issues with reasonable prices. We have been going here for a couple of years for oil changes and other general maintenance. They are professional and courteous with their service. They keep us up to date on what needs to be done and always a heads up for future maintenance. Always recommend to friends and family. A+
These guys can fix anything at a great price. I own a 2002 Range Rover P38. I used to take my car to Independent Range Rover in Bethesda. I found Mega Automotive be much better than Independent at half the cost.
Go to these guys. You will not be sorry.
Updated May 2021: I no longer own my Ranger Rover. Both my cars are EVs (Teslas), but, I still go to Mega Automotive Group for my standard service: Tires, Break, Installing Tow Hitch, Interior Seats, Glass, etc. They are just great bunch of guys who love their job and will take care of you.
The best shop you can take your car to! One stop shop that you can rest assured your car will get the best service by honest, knowledgeable, and detail oriented people. It's been almost three years that I take all my cars to this place for any work needs to be done and have referred so many friends who are all happy with their service. Plus if there is anything they cannot handle themselves they always provide suggestions or other 5-star places to get the same service as they offer. You won't get disappointed and will for sure become a permanent customer
I brought my 3 years old MB C300 for front tires change and 40k service and they did such a great job that my car is driving like new. I then took my in law's Volvo S60 for electric repair (sunroof and driver side window issues) they fixed it without charging me saying it was a tiny 10 minutes reset work with no parts required. These young folks are skilled, professional, and most important honest mechanics. Highly recommend this shop.
Drive an hour to have my E 350 mercedes-benz service in this friendly mechanic shop. Price was reasonable and mechanic was knowledgeable . Will come back again.
They always go above and beyond! Their customer service, pricing, and knowledge is on point. Very competitive pricing, with brand new parts, very good service time, and they don’t rip you off for unnecessary/fake work! Definitely recommend them if you are looking for a trustworthy shop.
I came here for a windshield replacement and I was able to do transmission service on my car on the same appointment. Kevin is a master technician with lots of experience. They made sure I leave as a super satisfy customer. Definitely recommend their services.
I've been to the shop multiple times and came out satisfied every time. Place is very clean and they are very respectful and professional. They pretty much take care of anything car related. They also gave me a great price on tires for two of my cars.
Five star service - simply put, knowledgeable, fair and honest. I have taken more than one vehicle to these guys and they have not disappointed. They don't try to sell you services that your car does not need and customer service is amongst the best I have seen in the business.
THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST. I had to visit their shop to get my windshield replaced but since they are also an auto repair shop I decided to have my oil change done at the same time. Kevin and Mike are the owners and Kevin is a ASE certified master technician. So he told me that he inspected my brakes and rotors and noticed my brakes were due soon. I normally go to the dealership since my car is fairly new but since they are certified I asked them to save me the time and trip to the dealer and have the brakes replaced. Kevin did an amazing job and he even showed me the brakes prior to doing the work. The quality of work was superb and their price was very reasonable. I think they are the only full service shop in the area where they do all the work in house from auto glass to auto repair. If you need to get some work done on your vehicle then give these guys a shot first. I highly recommend them.
Clean shop and the customer service was impeccable. I went in for a repair on my jeep Cherokee, the tech took the time to explain to what was wrong with my car and reassured me that he will be able to take care of it. Will i ever go back if need be? YES!
