Rob was a dream to work with as a single woman. He explained everything in detail and offered great advice. He was very kind and patient with me during a tough time. Rob is fantastic! I called with a few questions before bringing my car in for service, and he was incredibly patient, taking the time to answer everything before, during, and after the service. By the end, I felt so much more informed about my car. They performed a thorough inspection, sent over pictures to show what needed repairs, and never pressured me to get additional work done right away. Superior is hands down the best place I’ve ever taken my vehicle, and I’ll definitely bring my other car here when it’s time for service!

I brought my 227,000 mi Subaru in for service to address a low idle. I also wanted an overall check before winter set in, knowing I needed various fluids changed. Upon receiving the car back, the car now runs beautifully, with the idle vastly improved. The BG transmission flush and fill brought the transmission back to life! I also had the radiator flushed including a new cap, because mine was broken and not holding pressure. This pressure, appropriately 13 psi, apparently caused a hose to fail within a few hours, causing the loss of coolant, hence requiring a return to the shop. They only charged me half the labor to replace the lower hoses, as well as some other brittle and failing plastic/rubber seals, etc. They said that I had an unexpected situation, given all the work they had done to set me up with a car which should have been fine when they gave it back to me the first time. Half the labor charge was a good faith gesture on their part for my inconvenience! They were under no obligation to do that. This shop has repaired my car better than even the dealer. I wholeheartedly recommend Superior Auto Service.

Superior Auto replaced my engine mounts because there were a lot of vibrations and my cats hated riding in my car. Now one of them doesn’t mind at all and the other is mostly fine with it. I firmly believe that they cried the entire 2 1/2 hour journey when I moved because they knew my car didn’t feel right. It’s so smooth and quiet now!

I have been taking our cars to Superior for a long time, decades at this point. Trust them completely to identify and fix what needs to be fixed. They communicate with me clearly what needs to be done, and the paperwork they give me when returning the car clearly details everything for my records. This is a very reliable auto service business. Rob and Bob have been highly professional, take the time to explain all recommended services, and will be honest as to whether some services can wait until the next visit. They also stand by their work, although I’ve never had a complaint about the quality of work. They aren’t the cheapest in town but my feelings is that you get what you pay for. Recently I had an experience where they wanted to keep my car a few days while waiting for some tires to come in. I needed the car and as a result want scheduled until the following week which bothered me. When I expressed my displeasure Rob was non-defensive, did a mea culpa and got me scheduled asap. That brought me back when I was ready to leave. My experience is that businesses rarely accept responsibility for things that go wrong. They impressed me and I remain a loyal and very satisfied customer.

I needed a certified emissions repair facility to replace my catalytic converter and exhaust assembly on my 2001 Toyota Camry. I negotiated the repairs with owner mechanic Bob and he was extremely friendly and honest. The repairs where completed perfectly at a very fair price for both labor and parts, without any headaches. I inspected the repairs afterward and everything looked beautifully done. It’s been a week since the repairs and the engine codes for the previously problematic car parts have not come back and my car is running smoothly without issue. I have made Superior Auto Service my mechanic of choice going forward and I plan to get all my regular maintenance done here in the future including tire changes, spark plug replacement, and transmission service. They even have a rewards program that offers discounts, which I have signed up for.

I drove a 21 yr old BMW and trust Superior to always be honest about what my car needs and cost of repairs. At my most recent visit, my car needed a lot of care. Rob kept me updated on everything. When I picked up my car, it drove beautifully. Superior once again did a great job!

I appreciate how thorough they are. They were true to their word and professional. My only apprehension is having to schedule such an early morning appointment to get my car fixed the same day. I'm new to the area. Where I came from before I can set a 10:00 appointment and still be out with a fixed car that same day no problem.

Superior Auto Service stands by their name: superior!! I had to drop my car off last minute without an appointment due to an odd noise and wheel shake and they were able to take it in and look at it. I told them about other issues I was having on top of that, they were able to diagnose everything and Rob clearly explained every problem they found. We discussed what would be the best options to repair first based on my budget, and Rob was understanding and agreed with my choices. Other shops have pressured me to do things, like they were going to keep my car hostage if I didn’t, but I did not feel that way here at all. I felt they were honest and very knowledgeable! All repairs were performed within a very reasonable time, I was able to get my car back in 2 days when I for sure thought it would take longer! They kept me in the loop with everything going on. Highly recommend this place! It will now be my go to shop for any future car issues. Thanks again guys!! Keep up the amazing work!! It does not go unnoticed!
