Best body shop ever!! I had an accident where someone backed into my driver's side door, causing immense damage to the entire side of the vehicle and a lot of stress, but Montrose Garage was there to help me, talking to the insurance company for me, getting the rental car fixed, finishing the car on time and delivering it back to me a thousand times better than it was. I am very happy and grateful. Thank you to the whole team for the care and attention, especially Daniel and Natalia who went even a little further. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Great service in a timely manner. I had a MD safety inspection. All problems were fixed to pass inspection (rotors and tire). I appreciate they took the time to answer other questions not related to the service (MVA, insurance, etc). I plan to go back again for service in the future

What a great experience,I was in need of brakes and calipers replacement,I spoke to Daniel and he fit me in the next morning at the very fair price we agreed upon not only did he keep his word but did more than I could have ask for the Technician did a great job I already went back for additional repairs and once again straight forward honesty and fair I wish more businesses worked this way I will continue to bring my Vehicle here and refer anyone who desires a professional work environment. Honest auto shops..stop looking. I know hourly rates n work quality. I was told job completed in 2 1 hrs n it was done in 1. I had a door latch installed in my nice 71 pikup . Honest hard working mechanics! I’ve never had a bad experience here whether I was coming in for just a service or to get a quote on more extensive work. Natalia and her team have always shot me straight and kept prices competitive even with inflation. Ran into some unexpected car problems while vacationing out of state. In a panic I called this shop 3 hours before close on a Monday, fully expecting it to be a transmission problem and that I'd need to stay overnight in Maryland. They had it fixed within 2 hours and I was able to make it back home late that night. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and I couldn't be happier with their service. Thank you!

Montrose Garage did great work on my 2022 RAV4 Prime. For this particular model, in order to install the OEM Towing Hitch the rear fiberglass bumper needed to be cut. Me, not having a steady hand, left it the professionals here. They were able to install it with a factory look. They also installed the wiring harness for me as well. Toyota didn't make it easy for them as they gave instructions for only the gas model RAV4 which would require them to run the wire all the way to the front engine bay battery. This was not true with the Prime as the 12v battery is in the rear. The team communicated their concerns very timely to ensure the work was done as I expected. Even with some of the unexpected changes, they didn't stray from the quote they provided.

I had another mechanic for years. I wanted to try this center because it was more convenient for me, regarding its location. Since I have known this place I just stay!. Natalia and her team are good professionals, with a competent price and fast service. It has always been difficult for me to believe in mechanics, because it has always seemed like a world in which you never know to what extent you can fully trust them. In this case, for the first time, I have to say that I trust them, and they show me that I can continue to trust them. I recommend it without a doubt.

I was originally referred to Montrose Garage from a friend of mine. I was very satisfied with the work that was done. They corrected damage to the side of my car that someone had previously attempted to fix. They did a fantastic job with the body work, paint and even detailed the car for me. I drove around with damage for months and they fixed it in 3 days. This high quality product was also lower then the fees I was getting quoted from other body shops. Very glad to have found and gone with them. Absolutely worth checking them out.

I used Auto service owned by Sam and resume it like the great customer service, reasonable prices and good work. It took his team only 2 days to complete my car repairs after deer kick my headlight and move out with a lot of notes/trusses leaved on hood. Montrose Garage team made all efforts to save my time and next repair works I prefer to do with Sam. Highly recommended!

Great service, great price. They fixed it right the first time and didn't try to "fix" things that weren't broken. They came in on Sunday so I could drop it off on my time. On top of that, they offered to pick me up and drop me off so I wouldn't have to bug a friend. Definitely where I'm taking my car the next time I have trouble. Highly recommended!

Overall experience was excellent: The Owner Sam is honest, efficient and competent. His leadership has worn off on his staff. The mechanics are trustworthy, resourceful and complete their jobs in a timely manner. I'm extremely happy with the pricing and even more happy with the repairs. It's a relief to find a place where customers are valued and honesty and quality of work are intrinsic to the overall success of the company. I will not be taking my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee anywhere else.
