Thank you Jin for taking care of my car!! From oil change to tire alignment, it's always great service and great price! My dealer was trying to charge me $220 for wheel alignment... that's more than double of what NTB was gonna charge me!! And if you are not satisfied, let them know and they will make it right! And Jin's favorite boba tea flavor is Honeydew no tapioca - just putting this here for my reference so I can bring it for the crew next time! (and for anyone else who wants to do the same!)

Jin was great. He showed me exactly what was wrong and explained everything well. He showed me the prices and found discounts where he could. It was a good experience. Jin and everyone in the building were friendly and helpful.

Set an appointment for a nail in the tire. The person who made the appointment said that run-flat tires would take longer than 1 hour because they have to take the tire apart, so I had to drop off the car. I made the arrangements, with a friend picking me up after I dropped it off. He knew it was run-flat due to the model of the car and I also confirmed it. When I showed up the next day, another person said they cannot repair run-flat tires. What? The previous person said I needed to drop the car and that they would repair it, just that it would take longer. Now this person says they cannot repair it and need to order a new tire which is not in stock. Really? Wasted time, wasted my friend's time. The promise was not held by NTB. This was miscommunication or inconsistent communication from the NTB team.

These guys did a great job replacing my tires and fixing my TPMS. Emir, Alvaro, and Jin were all very professional and knowledgeable. They provided good diagnosis of tire conditions and worked collaboratively with me to troubleshoot technical issues. Definitely recommend this NTB location.

Black Prius 2013 here. Great service guys. Truly professional. Usually i did my tires at costco but I just can’t stand the crowd there. In here i got all the peace and the job done. Definitely I’m coming back! Thanks guys!

Alvaro was great! His customer service was on-point. It was estimated that it would take approximately hours to finish my service. I left and he called me with updates for additional issues found (with a new cost estimate) and called me again when everything was complete. The team is is very warm and personable.

Service was great! They helped me find parts at autozone that were needed and even offered to pick them up for me since I couldn't drive. Highly recommend!

Jin was kind and professional. They conclusively diagnosed my problem in minutes and had my tire patched at minimal cost and time. Thanks guys.

I hit a pothole this morning, leaving the front passenger tire on my 2025 Toyota Sienna with big hole in the sidewall. Since there is no spare or donut, I had it towed in to NTB. I made an appointment and on their website I selected the replacement tire I wanted and received a price of $125. It took four hours to switch out the tire. Without consulting me, they put a completely different tire on that was twice as expensive as the one I had selected (which was listed as available today). I was angry about the bait and switch, but I got no explanation from the guy working the desk. I decided to cut my losses and just eat the difference, rather than arguing with him. When I got into the car, the tire pressure light was on and the tire pressure display wasn't working. I checked the tire pressure in the new tire, and it was 42 psi, which is not the factory recommended pressure. I went back in and told the guy at the desk the issues. He was not apologetic in the least and said he would "look at it." At this point he drove off down the street in my car, which was super odd. I had a bad feeling about that, so I found another technician and asked him where they had taken my car. He said he had just gotten there and didn't know, and made no further attempt to help me. I walked around back, looking for someone else to explain what was going on. The first technician finally pulled up behind the store in my car and by this point I was furious. I told him I didn't want anyone there monkeying around with my car any further and that I would call customer service. Unfortunately, NTB has no customer service hotline listed on their website so I'm now on the phone with Mavis Tire customer service and have been on hold about an hour. My tire pressure gauges on the dash aren't giving numerical readings, but the low pressure light is still on. My advice is to avoid this place. They are not competent or communicative and their customer service hotline is no help.

Stephen was very helpful and professional today as we received 4 new tires, with wheel alignment and the new sensor. I'm so excited to have had the work done. And it was completed in the 2hrs promosied.

NTB Randolph Rd provided outstanding customer service. Following an incredible blunder at another location, staff and management here worked my car into an already packed day mounting and replacing the donut I was driving on with the appropriate tire. If you need tires, I strongly encourage you to visit NTB on Randolph Rd. It will be my go to location for future tire needs.

Jin helped me replace my front right tire after hitting a nail. Very knowledgeable and personable, providing great customer service. Also a BMW expert, who gave me multiple recommendations on how to keep my M4 well maintained. Will be coming back to have them do my brake replacements when the time comes.

Álvaro provided excellent service; they did a superb job changing all four tires on my van. I had used their services before and they always surprise me with the speed and quality of their work. I highly recommend them.

Went to NTB on. Randolph in Rockville and Stephen the assistant manager was great. I called because we had a flat tire on my daughter’s car and he said we could bring it right over and when we got there we found she ran over a nail. He checked all the tires and we ended up buying 2 new tires and they replaced them and had the car ready in hour and 1/2. He was super kind and made it easy for us to decide what we needed to do.

The associate who assisted me, Jin, was fantastic. I was not familiar the specifics of tires on for an all-wheel drive vehicle that I brought in for a tire repair. Jin was honest, educated me about tires and all wheel drive, and presented me with multiple options about how to deal with a single damaged tire. Rather than try to upsell me, he offered an affordable solution. When I changed my mind about how to replace the tires, he made the process very easy even though my car was already in the shop being worked on. I will definitely bring my vehicles to this location in the future, thanks to my experience with Jin.

We have been searching for a thorough, honest mechanic in the area. I just came to this NTB after having a flat tire emergency at work, but to my surprise they didn’t only check the tires and alignment but also found 3 other issues that were not addressed when I took the car to the dealership 2 months earlier. Not only is Jin the store manager an expert, but his transparent and honest strategies are a bright spot in an industry of liars. I highly recommend this shop for more than just tires.

My tire started leaking, so I dropped off my car last Saturday. They told me it was fixed after a couple of hours and charged me $52. Apparently, there were 2 nails in the tire, and they took one out. I had the same issue with the same tire during the week and kept putting air in it until I dropped my car off again this Saturday. I showed them the tire, and they said it had an old nail in it and couldn’t be repaired because it was between the treads 🙄 He said I needed to replace the tire entirely. But the picture shows that the tire is brand new; I just changed it a month ago! I took my car to another shop, and they fixed it in less than 30 minutes for $30. Just because a woman comes into your shop doesn’t mean you should charge her more and lie to her. I regret trusting you.

If I could give one star I would. Title: New Rims Damaged, Service Incomplete, and Evidence Withheld I experienced negligence, misconduct, and significant property damage at the NTB on Randolph Road on 10/21/2025. 1. Rims Damaged: My recently restored 2014 Mercedes rims were scratched and gouged during the tire installation. 2. Service Failed: The technician failed to install a critical safety wheel bolt, showing a dangerous lack of diligence. 3. Deceptive Handling: When I reported the rim damage, the representative claimed to have pre-service photos proving the damage was pre-existing. He refused to let me properly inspect the images and, after promising to email them, is now withholding the photos entirely, claiming "legal reasons." This reversal suggests an attempt to hide liability. 4. Misconduct: The representative was unprofessional, wasting my time with irrelevant personal conversation and trying to "mansplain" purchases instead of providing service. NTB damaged my property and is now refusing to provide the evidence they took. I demand immediate compensation for the rim repairs and the release of all pre-service photos.

I took my SUV here today for a nail removal and tire patch. The manager and service technician were friendly and helpful, and the tire was patched in a timely fashion. I was also shown a brake pad issue on my rear wheels and quoted a fair price for replacement. The whole experience was seamless. I will definitely give this establishment future business.

Jin (store manager) and his crew were very professional and informative. My rear brake pads and rotors were replaced, and the process was very transparent. They were so kind to explain each and every step of the repair and maintenance. I recommend this shop to those in need of repairs or maintenance of their vehicles. Impeccable service and professionalism.

Brought car in to have a tire replaced. Jin Was polite, thorough and efficient! he said it would be ready n 24 hours (had to order a tire) and it was ready! Highly recommend and will be back! In the meantime, Enjoy your Mustang as I'm enjoying mine :).

I blew a tire and came to NTB to get a replacement. The process was easy with no fuss - the front desk manager was very friendly and helpful in squeezing me in last minute. I was able to grab my car in about an 1 hr turnaround. The prices were reasonable. Plus, they were kind enough to look at another part of my car and give a quick opinion. I'd come here again when i need my tired replaced

Mr Jin whom I believe is the store manager came through in the clutch ! I came needing the best tires for my car and he was very knowledgeable. He helped me feel confident picking out the best and most affordable option for me. And it only took a couple hours! If you live in the Rockville area you have to see Mr Jin! He will get you right

This was BY FAR the best auto repair experience I've ever had. I also very rarely post reviews, but the outstanding service truly warrants a review. The manager, Jin Jung, was incredible to work with -- he was informative, upfront and honest about all costs, regularly provided status updates while I waited (which only took about 2 hours), and overall was just so pleasant to work with. He not only alerted me to my brake pads being shot (ive been hearing the squeaks for longer than i should admit), but he actually took the time to show me the problem on my vehicle, which i really appreciated him doing (it was definitely was a night and day difference before and after the repair). Also, as a women with admittedly limited car knowledge, i never felt i was being taken advantage of or that they were trying to upsell anything. In fact, he and his team actually patched my tire after finding a nail rather than telling me i needed to completely replace it. Jin was also EXTREMELY mindful of costs and did everything possible to help me out and keep them as low as possible. Honestly i've never had a better experience and I'm so grateful I found them. I always come back to NTB for service because these folks always, and I mean ALWAYS, take such good care of me and my cars. I never hesitate to call on them when I need service. Jin (Manager) was super friendly, honest and professional. He was up front with all of the pricing and accurate with how long everything would take. The team was incredibly fast and reasonably priced. They gave me a great deal on 4 tires and a battery. They found a mistake that another company made with my vehicle and promptly made it right. I am incredibly thankful to Jin and his team for everything, given that I travel on the interstate regularly.
